We are located at The Marr Building 55B, which may appear residential. However, don't be alarmed as we are situated on the lower ground floor. Upon reaching Camden Street, turn right and you'll find our entrance just behind the brick wall with the MAZER sign on top. Simply knock at the door.

Great family Escape Room. - We had a great time at Mazer Zone. We are a family of 6. The youngest is 7 and he loved it. David our host was informative and friendly and on the other end of the radio if we got stuck. What a great day out and very reasonably priced for a family. We will be back to experience the other rooms.

Great Time - Highly Recommend - Me and my friend came to the escape room last Monday and had the best time. The escape room is a good level of complexity and has multiple different rooms and challenges to keep you engaged. The employee david was amazing and super helpful throughout - thanks David!

What an experience! - I went with a friend and had an amazing time. We both loved it—it's a fantastic place for anyone new to escape rooms. Edward, the staff member, was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely go back.

Scam. Do not book. - Scam. Do not book. Same as other reviews below. I paid, it got cancelled on the day of the booking due to a water leak which apparently is the same leak that has been happening for the last 2 months. No replies to emails and the phone goes permanently to voicemail. I will be seeking compensation through the courts as I don't like being messed around with.

Scam!! Do Not Book!! - Complete scam- I pre paid £90 and when we turned up there was no one there. I checked my junk email and found an email from a 'Tim' saying that they may have to reschedule due to a leak... 4 hours before our booking. I responded and said we would just like a refund and since then we have had nothing back from them. When you call it just says all operators are busy and to leave a message. I have emailed multiple times, left a message with the chat feature on their website, left a review on Facebook, Instagram and Google and still nothing. Looks like they have been doing it to everyone over the last couple of months pretending there is a leak to cancel and then just never responding. Do not book!!

Do not use! - Booked this for my son's 16th birthday. Had a group of excited 16 year olds ready to go. I had been emailing and calling for a few days before they were due to do as I had a query but was not getting any response which worried me. I saw reviews at this point from others saying they had received notification of a flood on day of their booking and could rebook, but then could not make contact in order to do that and effectively lost their money. The exact same thing happened to us. I received a message on the day apologising and saying they had water leakage and advising I rebook. I won't be doing this. I am really not sure that this is a real company and I would strongly suggest you avoid.

They cancelled but have not refunded us. Avoid! - A friend booked for four of us to go to this escape room, but on the day, she was contacted saying they had to cancel due to a leak. They said we would be refunded but have not been in contact since - seemingly impossible to get in touch with them via any channel. Currently lost out on £90.

No response. - No response whatsoever. I have paid for an experience, then had to cancel last minute due to 2 out of 4 people being sick. Had to pay an additional £25. Since then I have been calling them and emailing them to rebook on a different date and they are not responding. Feels like they have taken my money and run away.

AVOID - Avoid we booked the capital capers escape room only to have it cancelled 3 hours before we were due go . Received a text message to say the building had been flooded and had to reschedule . They agreed to refund me my £90 and that it would be within 3 to 5 days. This hasn’t happened no refund has been given. There phones always go to answer phone and my emails ignored Very disappointing AVOID

Avoid!!! Cancelled and not been refunded!! - AVOID!!!!! Our session was cancelled due to leak, we agreed on a refund. However it still had not be processed! No response to emails or msgs! I cannot afford tp be out of pocket of £90! Extremely disappointed as would of rebooted!!
