Madame tussauds experience - An amazing place for all ages, something there for everyone, lots of space to move around, take your time, lots of photo opportunities, fun for all the family, reasonably priced as are all the attractions with a merlin ticket online, no waiting in line if you book a time slot, lots to see and enjoy, 3d/4d marvel movie is one to watch while your there

Innovative experience - Went to family with 2 children aged 10 and 15. In addition to the wax statues really well done and updated to the characters of modern times there are some really nice things: they make you go through a tunnel of horror with lots of British serial killers, they make you mount on cars and make you go through the story, in the end in addition to the wax statues of avengers and star wars there is a really nice 4d cinema about avengers. My kids were thrilled. Must-see if you go to London.

Better than expected! - Way better than I expected. We had tickets at 9am so no queue and not busy inside the attraction. I was just expecting the wax statues but there is also a ride and a 4D Cinema too. Compared to other London attractions actually not bad at all!!

Very nice... - As soon as you get in there's the Beetles on Abbey Road, fantastic. Inside we find the depiction of Dwayne Johnson and many others. Beautiful royal family ones. Inside there are toilets, bars and souvenir shops.

A very good time! - Already knowing the concept (including the Grevin Museum in Paris) we let ourselves be tempted by this wax museum! And it must be said that we were not disappointed. It is very nice, very well realized and above all there are many activities proposed including the small train that allows us to visit London. Good job.

Fun couple of hours - We used Tesco Clubcard points to fund the tickets. It took us around 2 hours to walk around the exhibit. It was fun taking selfies and we enjoyed waving from the royal balcony. The black cab ride and the marvel 3d show which are included in the entrance free are entertaining.

Sadly, not as good as it used to be - My first visit had been 30 years ago and I was looking so forward to my second one. Most of the wax figures are spot on (some of them look so real that it's difficult to believe they are not actual people), which makes you wonder why the others cannot be as well. Besides, why are all of them skinny when in real life those persons are/were not? Unfortunately, the place is geared towards children and teenagers as there is an overpopulation of pop culture figures in detriment of personalities related to sport, culture, politics, etc. And the few of them there are, they are ramdomly displayed (other than the royal family) as to just fill a space. The chamber of horrors is OK, albeit seriously toned down. The Star Wars and Marvel exhibitions (4D cinema included) are further proof that the museum is not interested in cater for the adult public. And even when enjoying those exhibitions, most of the figures are just costumes (Storm Troupers, Chewbacca and the likes), no real wax crafmanship there so you have to wonder why half of the wax exhibition is anything but. My teenager son loved the experience but I was left dissapointed.

Everyone left the attraction extremely disappointed. - We went to Madame Tussaud’s as a large group, we had all payed for tickets online in advance. However even with these tickets we still waited an extremely long time to get in. Once we got into the attraction, the busyness and long wait times continued. It was extremely overcrowded and no one could really spend any time in any room due to this. Trying to take good photos with the wax figures felt impossible due to the high number of people, everything felt extremely rushed. Everyone left the attraction extremely disappointed.

Disappointing - We were very disappointed with our visit. The amount of statues was disappointing, I’ve been to the Blackpool Madame Tussaud’s and that was much better. Spent few hours there but London one we were done in three quarters of an hour. We didn’t feel there was many waxworks. A lot more could be on display, seems to be too much space. We paid for fast track and didn’t need too.
