London Eye
London Eye is situated on the South Bank of the River Thames, opposite the Houses of Parliament. Go to the "VIP Experience Desk", located inside County Hall, which is the building directly next to the London Eye. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your experience.

Fabulous birthday celebrations with 🍾 - Had a wonderful time on the London Eye. Views of the city are excellent as you would expect being so high. Amazing thunder and lightning whilst we were up there too!
A special mention to Will who made my mums 81st birthday celebrations extra special. He really did go out of his way to make the day memorable

The Eye with Wil - Our experience was Excellent ! Our guide, Wil, was charming, funny, and informative. He also took some photos of us at the top of the Eye, and they have to be some of the best pictures we have from our trip! So, I guess Wil is artistic, too.
The champaign was tasty and refreshing ... the pod was comfortable, and we couldn't have asked for a better afternoon excursion.

Great customer service - What terrific service. Sophie -Jo, Daniel and Alistair couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful when I encountered a small problem at the desk today. They certainly gave me confidence to use them again!

Fantastic Experience - From assistant Olajei (may have his name spelt wrong) at the self service booth to the lovely girl working in the Sky Lounge who took our photo to Daniel our guide on our experience we had such an incredible time celebrating my birthday. The sun was just fading so got some fabulous photos.

Special day at london eye - Well what an amazing team running this very busy London attraction! Not only is the London eye a wonderful experience, but it is incredibly well run by a team who are there to keep you safe. Thanks to Alistair and his team for making our day super special. We had a day in London for a family 21st birthday, due to a mis timing on traffic we were late for a pre defined time, it could have been a disaster but team saw how disappointing this could be for a family of 11 & took charge to make our experience extra special THANK YOU. Call out to the ladies on the desk about 4.30 & Alistair & Andan (I think) who saw us on to our pod! And WOW the views to remember

VIP Eye - Access to the VIP lounge before and after your eye rotation is a treat. Ask for Sophie-Jo as your host for a top notch experience on the VIP champagne tour!

London eye champagne experience - We landed in London at lunch time, went to our hotel and headed straight to London eye. There were rain showers during our ride but it did not dampen the experience. Nawaz our guide was great. He pointed out all the landmarks and was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Highly recommend the champagne experience and highly recommend Nawaz.

Underwhelmed - Everyone said, "You have to do the London Eye and pay the extra for the Champagne Experience at sunset". We did it on the last day of our trip to London and were underwhelmed. It was cool, I think if we had done it towards the start, it would have been a better experience. For $225 (3 people), other than skipping the line (which wasn't horrible), we were served one glass of champagne, offered a second one for an additional $15 and shared our cube with only two other people. The host was very nice and we enjoyed our 30-minute ride with her, but overall, it was a bit anti-climactic.
