Well organised and good value - Booked the afternoon tea bus with friends for a birthday. I booked online which was very easy. Received a watsapp the day before with a reminder of the details.
The pickup point was easy to find.
The bus was nicely decorated and the staff were very nice and efficient.
We had a cold drink to start - plenty of choice followed by our food which consisted of sandwichs, wrap, warm cream scone and various cakes followed by a hot drink in a souvenir cup.
Was impressed with the whole experience . Would recommend.

Tea Time - Ayaan and Nilesh were our guides on this tour. They were so much fun and absolutely adorable. Very entertaining and made this tour enjoyable. This is a must do when in London and ask for them.

Lovely Afternoon - Born and bred in London but what an enjoyable couple of hours and an experience. Highly recommend!
The Afternoon tea is lovely and the staff Abi, Voytech and driver Wilesh were so welcoming and made the afternoon and you get take away what you can’t eat in a box with your reusable English Tea Bus cup. Will be doing again with different friends.

Good Experience - A great experience in London. Who doesn’t enjoy cake? Destination was easily findable through the directions sent via email. Staff were very friendly and food and drink was to a good standard. Very fresh scones! Definitely worth the experience.

Ok tour, friendly crew - The weather was pretty lousy the day of our tour which was no fault of the tour provider. However, the windows were foggy for the entire tour and it was difficult to see anything at all. Crew did provide cloths for guest to wipe windows but it wasn't very effective and did not allow us to fully enjoy and relax on the tour. Maybe a defogger on the bus for the windows would be a good idea(?), at least for the big windows up front.
We also thought from the description that there would be more narration, at least pointing out of signts/landmarks. There was none.
Food and beverages provided were ok. Crew was friendly.

Unfortunately not worth the money - I booked this as a surprise treat for my daughters and mother on our recent trip to London. Staff were very friendly yet the food was poor quality and a Tesco meal deal would have been better. Sandwiches barely filled and selection of deserts easily bought in any supermarket. There was no real tour as such, just a drive around London and a quick announcement of some sights. At almost £180 for the trip, a Tesco meal deal and hop on/ hop off tour would have been more luxurious and cheaper. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this and a must do experience when in London

Not a great experience - Music was overwhelmingly loud, food was bland. Service was fine but there were supplies and boxes everywhere, taking away from the experience

Do not waste your time on this one - This was a total waste of time. If I could give it a zero I would. The concept is cute, the execution leaves a lot to be desired. It is basically an hour and a half bus ride. It claims that it will show you the sites.. I was expecting an interactive experience with a live person explaining to you what’s coming up, giving some background information. What we got was a pre recorded message at about 5 spots. You are better off going on your own to these sites. The food was basic. Red velvet cupcakes, a biscuit, some sandwiches (they were not good) and 1 glass of mimosa. I recommend you find something else. Directions to the pickup spot were also not clear. They need to more precisely explain where you get picked up. A hard pass for me. Do not waste your time or money.
