- From October - March the scheduled tour departure times are 7:30pm and 9:20pm.
- No tours on 25th and 31st December.
- Audio guides will not be available so all tours will be live guided in English only.
- From April - September the scheduled tour departure times are 7:30pm, 8:00pm, 8:30pm, 9:15pm, 9:45pm and 10:15pm
- During summer months the tours may not be in the hours of darkness due to sunset times
- Please note that all seats (including Upper deck) are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Great tour - Picked this over the Christmas Lights tour. Very informative. Saw a lot of London and learnt a lot.
Wrap up warm if you are doing the trip in December.

Great tour - Good tour. Cold and a little rainy but that’s to be expected for a late November trip. The guide was informative and entertaining. Great way to see some of the highlights quickly.

Peter Drake from Liverpool went to London... - What better way to see old London than by the top of a bus? Incredible! Our guide was BRILLIANT - she knew so much about the city. I took some friends from the USA and they were definitely impressed with both the city and the tour company.

To see the main monuments - Very nice excursion that allows you to see the main monuments of London.
The guide is nice and gives a lot of anecdotes.
Small flat that is not the fault of the organizers, the bus runs normally and does not know how to slow down to take photos which is not always easy for at least a clear shot, we hope the traffic jams of London to take its time.

Average experience - The open top bus was not available for our tour, so what we had expected and paid for was not what we experienced. Sadly, we were unable to see much of London through the foggy windows. However, it was nice to drive around and hear about London and get a feel for the city. We went by a lot of landmarks that will be visited during our trip. I would not recommend a tour of this type during the colder months if you want to see a lot. Be prepared to sit in traffic. All in all, it was a drive through the city with a tour guide who gave some interesting facts about sights we could somewhat see. Not a bad way to spend the first evening in London to get your bearings.

Tour was supposed to be... - Tour was supposed to be approximately 1.5 hours long. If we hit an hour I’d be surprised. I didn’t look what time we started because we got moved to a second bus. Maybe there aren’t that many lights to see, but either way, I’d skip it and get an all day hop on/hop off bus tour that also has a night bus.

Poorly run - Unfortunalty, this tour fell flat. We had only one night in London, so we thought this would be perfect way to see all the critical sites. We attended on New Years Day so we expected the ride to be cold. We bundled up with gloves hat and scarves. We wanted to sit on the top level for the best view and experience. When we got on the bus 30 minutes prior to the tour start, the seats in the top were almost all full and wet from the previous rain. I would hope that, for the price, the seats would at least been dried off for us. Of course, we ended up cold and wet. They packed in so many people on the upper deck, that it was standing room only. The people standing in the middle isle blocked the view of any sites to be seen on the opposite side of the bus. This was, for us, a left sided tour only. The microphone was so muffled, you could not hear the tour guide. We asked him to turn up the volume, but this didnt help. In the end, the ride was freezing cold, wet, we could not hear or see much of the tour. Not recommended. I wish I could ask for a refund. Overall, the tour would have been good, but it was poorly run.

Don't recommend. - Poorly organised. 3 different guys who all said different things. The bus that turned up wasn't an open top bus. We waiting 40 mins for an open top bus but it didn't do through tour we booked for.

Horrible. - We arrived 30 min before and we ended up at the bottom of a regular bus at the engine....I absolutely do not recommend you sell space at more than 100 e for 2 adults and 2 children to see nothing.
