An enjoyable experience - Gabby was a great tour guide, very friendly and informative. Was great to see some of the preserved sites as it gave an eerie feel to the tour.

Everything you might... - Everything you might expect from a night time tour about Jack the Ripper. Our tour guide was great and he kept us in suspense the whole time while taking us to the various sites where the murders happened. Still have no idea how he kept all the facts and stories straight in his head. Great tour.

History, Mystery and a Brilliant Guide - Our guide, Bettina, was absolutely fantastic. She knew her subject inside out and shared it with the flair of a true storyteller — engaging, generous, funny, and wonderfully detailed. She gave us valuable historical context that brought the story, and the streets of Whitechapel, vividly to life. We enjoyed her so much that we even asked if she offered other tours — we would have gladly followed her anywhere. Thank you, Bettina — wishing you all the best as your own story continues to unfold.

Very disorganized meet up... - Very disorganized meet up and tour inception. Tour itself was ok but felt like an assembly line vs unique experience.

Negative 5 stars!!! Avoid at all costs!!! - If I could give this negative stars I would. The meeting point to start the tour was utterly confusing and, even though I arrived 20 minutes early, it took me three attempts, and over 30 minutes of hard walking, to finally reach the actual starting point. I contacted customer service and they provided me with another point to meet up with the tour, but the link they sent did not work, and when I finally entered the address and arrived, the tour had already moved on. The tour operator offered me the opportunity to join a later tour, but I am not able to do that as I have tickets for Hamlet at the National Theatre. Even though I was in touch with the operator while I was trying to join the tour, they are refusing to refund me. Avoid at all costs!!!
