Thanks to Matthew - Matthew is the funniest guide in the whole London. He makes the bus ride a really great experience with his jokes and storytelling.

Enjoyed it - Lovely food. Staff were great. However, bus needs air con. It was boiling (weather obvs not their fault, but would have improved the experience). Also, they could have served sandwiches first with the prosecco and hot drinks with the cakes. Overall a great experience. Not sure what previous reviews are moaning about. We loved the music and it clearly states there's not a tour guide.

Afternoon tea bus in London - We had a lovely time I had the vegetarian option which was lovely. My friends had the meat option and was not so keen on the sandwiches. The music on the bus was quite loud. Having said that the service was brilliant and the servers polite and chatty. Overall it was an enjoyable experience. Thankyou.

Good food served - Great food was served on the bus, although little disappointed that tea wasn't served until the last 30 minutes of the bus tour.

Narrate - Most memorable part was the wonderful and delicious food. I wish they would narrate were we were going.

Not worth the money - I would not recommend this tour. There was no tour guide to tell you what you were seeing. We went on a Sunday and the office was closed so there was no bathroom before you got on the bus. They suggested to use the public bathrooms 10 minutes away. The tea cakes, sandwiches and beverages were ok. The one positive is the staff was friendly

Not the best experience - The music was far too loud and the genre was inappropriate for tea! The driver/guide was very hard to understand due to his accent and the volume of the music. The service was good , but the tea was too hot to drink and burned our tongues.

Cute idea. Poor execution - I want to give a better review because the people were sweet but there were too many gaps. Poor communication about which bus to get on, departed and returned late. And as far as a sightseeing tour it was worthless. You couldn’t hear ANYTHING the guide( who was the driver) said. And he didn’t say much. Only pointed out 2-3 things. And it was hot on the bus with no airflow. The food was good. And the staff was sweet but we would not recommend until they fix their issues.

Stay away - Well the two staff that waited on us were pleasant the food was not good, you do not learn about the history of high tea or the order of how it should be done and the driver could not be heard or understood when trying to inform about things as he drove by. I feel I wasted my money and time. I would not recommend this at all. Spend the money for a better experience elsewhere.

Zero service - Absolutely no service mindset. Ticket was missed due to emergency but unfortunately they did not try anything at all to encourage customer to go back.
