Best Day Ever! - The best day of our vacation! Pearla is wonderful; she varied the type and expense of each location, arranged a wide variety of sampling options, and went above and beyond for several members of our tour (including finding vegan options for one of our group members!). Marco, on the other hand...

Disappointing - A walk with a few small samples of cheese. Started at the Diana Statue near Green Park Station with very brief into to the very basics of cheese making and walked to Fortnum and Mason - where we were given time to wander round the food department - really? Is this what guests are paying for? Small sample of cheese whilst stood in the department store. Then to Paxtons on Jermyn Street where we stood outside for another small sample of cheese and a brief detail of the original cheesemongers. There was no commentary whilst walking through the streets and very little at each of the stops where we stood on the street eating small samples, one of our fellow guests commented that we could do with more cheese. Final stop was looking at Neal's Cheese shop from a distance where once again we stood and waited for the guide to get a piece of cheese for us to eat in the street. Producing a large sharp knife on the street from their bag is probably not the best idea - something the company should really consider in relation to their responsibility towards their guides. The drink consisted of a small cardboard "cup" of prosecco and the snacks restricted to a biscuit with one of the cheeses and some parmesan crisps, tasty but hardly what many would consider as "Snacks". Overall rather disappointing and not what we felt was value for money.
