Amazing morning out! - Thank you to all the amazing staff who went and made a right effort with my daughter! And especially to the lady that was showing people the star fish! Nice someone understanding. She loved all of the fish and was so excited! Toilets are like new! The shop is good even having wooden puzzles that my daughter likes so had to get one! And the cafe was very nice too! All super clean! really great place to visit will always stop by when we are back in Great Yarmouth again thanks

Fantastic Day Out - Visited the sea life centre as a little family and we had such a lovely time. Upon arrival we were advised the tunnel was closed which is unfortunate, however, we were given discount vouchers to return another day which we thought was nice, The centre is spacious enough to navigate a pram around which is always handy. The aquariums are beautiful, could stand there all day staring at them. The variety is fantastic as well as the information / fact files available to learn more about all the different species. The staff were friendly as always, and we asked one member (Jamie) at the insect section to take a family photo and he had us all laughing and being silly which made for some great photos, including a sneaky selfie of himself which we didn’t realise until we left the centre. It just made us laugh and think what a lovely man. Would recommend for a family day out as it’s so peaceful and just an enjoyable day out.

Nice and updated - Was very hesitant to visit after a previous trip approximately 6/7 years ago and had paid a fortune to just spend 30mins walking through and be done but decided to take our daughter for her birthday for the sensory aspect. I was unaware that part of it would be closed but was told before purchasing tickets and was fine with it, was also given a voucher for 50% off my next visit. Young gent on admission desk was very polite, kind and helpful. Upon entering the venue we used the loos and was surprised to see them looking very clean, up to date and suitably adapted for both adults and children of varying heights. The whole venue was clean, warm and had clear information throughout. Wonderful clear display tanks and fun little interactive parts. Over all we enjoyed our visit and will be back again using the voucher when the walk through is complete. Gift shop needs to have less plushie to buy as it is very overwhelming, perhaps something like a mix n match aquarium creature bag or a make your own keyring station would be a good addition. Will there also be a soft play installed in the future?

A big improvement to the last time we went - We hadn't been for many years and remembered at that time it was very expensive and over in a flash. Because of the half price offer for NR post codes we took grandkids, aged 7 and 9 and didn't expect much. In fact the opposite was true. Despite the fact that the tunnel is closed for upgrade until April, the centre itself has been upgraded. The kids loved it and were made to feel very welcome by the staff. They went on the VR ride at the end which, they said, was very scary and they couldn't see it through to the end. A great variety of things to see, we had a lovely time and given another half price offer which we will save until the tunnel reopens

Disappointing. - Disappointing. I was made, aware some of the sitte was closed but it was a large portion I believe - all of the walk through tunnel at least. Signage could be better to explain more about the exhibits. No discount for senior citizens.

Building work taking place so didn’t get to see it all despite paying full price… - We went here for my 1 year olds first birthday. It is a lovely place, very helpful staff and so many amazing things to look at. HOWEVER this centre was undergoing some building work which meant we missed out a section of it, including the tunnel which we were all looking forward to. It’s a bit annoying we paid full price and we couldn’t get the full experience, nor was there any info online about this and the staff didn’t inform us when we arrived that this section would be missed. We still had a good time, but I am annoyed at how much we paid and didn’t even get to see it all.

OK aquarium - My son enjoyed looking at all the sea life, rather expensive for what it is. Not happy with the fact it's card only throught the while aquarium, we had a photo taken when we first went in and when we got to the end I wanted a photo with me and the kids as we were on holiday, I was told it was card only and my son was devastated that we didn't get our photo. Maybe advertise that you are card only so people know for future reference.
