A Terrific Day in the Northern Islands - I booked this tour as a solo traveler, and I had such a great time! The Staff were professional and extremely kind. The islands are astonishing: desert beaches (we reached Ile Plate before all the other boats/catamarans), pristine water, the best snorkeling I did in Mauritius. I do recommend this activity on the Wind Dancer Catamaran!

Turquoise waters! - Snorkelling with the fish, BBQ on board the catamaran, dancing to music on the deck, sunbathing on the beautiful islands and the staff being so helpful and kind… especially raking me to see a turtle swimming in the lagoon. Excellent full day excursion.

Special experience with extremely friendly crew - Amazing trip. Firstly, the staff are super friendly, attentive and welcoming. I didn't catch any of their names, but hopefully their employer can match my name to those the crew. The snorkelling spot was stunning and the 2 islands that you stop off at are very pretty. I would have hoped for more exploring on the island but it wasn't that vibe. Food was delicious. The part that meant the most was when I asked the skipper if he could speedboat me to the island again as my tee fell out my bag. Without hesitation he said yes. That meant a lot to me.

Wonderful outing! - It was just a wonderful day! I just wish we had more time at the last site to snorkel as it was a magical place! Maybe if some of the guests were not late we could have left on time.

An amazing family-friendly day out with a relaxed atmosphere and chilled vibes. - We had an amazing family day out with Passion Oceane/Wind Dancer. Firstly, their service was excellent when we had to rearrange a previously booked tour due to an emergency, they accommodated us without fuss and offered us another day that suited. We met early morning on Grand Baie beach, they were easy to find and the boat was in the bay exactly where it says on Google Maps. They used a dinghy to get us all aboard, about 24-28 people in total I believe. Food and soft drinks were offered as we settled, our bags placed safely in the hold, and then off we went. It was lovely to sit out on the front, you're allowed 2 people on each of the mesh parts, and about 8-10 on some outside seating, but we found people were happy to take turns in between each of the stops. It gets very warm out in the sun, so take sun-screen and a hat and move inside if you need to. Water is available at all times on request. First stop was snorkeling in a Southern cove of Gunner's Quoin. Lots and lots of fish, and some amazing coral. We spent about 30 minutes here I think, and it was just about the right amount of time for us. Next was a long trip out across the ocean to the bay between Flat Island and Gabriel Island. Here we were again dinghied, this time across to Flat Island, to spend some time on the beach or snorkeling. We saw a stingray, and some turtles, and loads of fish. There were loads of taxi-boats moored along the beach here, which detracted a bit from the experience, but there was enough sea to get out and swim in, and enough beach to chill out on. After an hour on Flat Island we returned via dinghy to the boat where a lovely BBQ meal of chicken, fish, sausages, pasta, and salad was waiting for us. There was enough for seconds for those that wanted it, which I gladly accepted. Finally we were dinghied over to Gabriel Island for a final hour of beaching and snorkeling. My only (small) issue was a comment made about leaving your bags behind on the boat: "you only need your sunglasses, suncream, water, and a towel", and so I did, and I regretted it. In fact I didn't even take my water because it was in my bag, and I was expecting to take my bag. I also wanted my snorkel and other things I'd put in my day pack. I wonder if the motivation is to prevent everybody taking bags (which might mean they can take less people per boat?), or maybe I misunderstood what was being said. Either way, next time I would take my backpack to shore, and I'm sure that'd be ok and it was just my mistake. At the end of the day we all settled back aboard for the trip back to the mainland. All-in-all this was a fantastic family journey. If you're out for a drunken party boat, this isn't it, but if you want a lovely, chilled atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy your day with family and friends (existing and newly made on the day), then Wind Dancer is the boat for you.

Exceptional snorkeling and beautiful beaches - Awesome trip, despite early walking up. The crew was super friendly and helpful. The beaches at the islands were amazing, we particularly enjoyed snorkeling at the Gabriel island, we saw countless fish and even a sea turtle. Definitely would go again!

Unmissable magic - A real catamaran cruise for the day, a team of competent, kind, helpful and efficient skippers, despite rough seas! Very beautiful moments on the 3 islands, neither too long nor too short, just what is needed! A heavenly place! A high quality and well maintained boat! A popular and hearty lunch. Perfect, highly recommended! Magical day!

Wind Dancer 2024 - Great view great crew. Everything was on time and with a smile. This is definitely a recommended activity in Mauritius. Price was reasonable compared to other operators. Alot better then some tourist scammers.
