Excellent snowshoe trip! - This day excursion is incredible! My 12 year old son and I went on it together, and we both had a blast. Julio is professional, punctual and kind. We met in the designated square for the pick-up and drove up the mountain in his clean, comfortable van. When you arrive at the top, you’ll get your snowshoes and poles and an explanation on how to use them. It’s easy! Wear boots if possible because they seemed to fit more comfortably with the snowshoes (versus low shoes). The length of the walk is perfect - not too short and not too long. It’s just enough of trek to feel adventurous, but not stressful. Julio took wonderful pictures as we went along and sent them to us after the trip. Overall, we had a fantastic day, and we would 100% recommend this to anyone who is interested in getting up into the mountains for a day! Thank you, Julio!

Siërra Nevada snowshoe walk in small group - Snowshoe walk in the Siërra Nevada: Julio is very friendly and comunicative. Hè contacted us himself 2 days before the planned date, because there was no snow. He gave us several options; a snowshoe walk higher in the mountains, a hike without snow, postponing of cancelling. As we stayed for a week in the area, we decided to postpone, and had a wonderfull snowshoe experience with 3 other participants, a few days later. Julio provided us us with water and a snack, information about the area and animals and took plenty of photographs and video, which he sent to us afterwards. The walk was not too difficult ( we are 60+) and Julio adapted the pace/speed sothat everybody could keep up and have sufficiënt resting time and time to enjoy the marvellous views. It was a great experience that we truly reccomend.

Snow Hiking in Sierra Nevada - Fantastic - Absolutely 100% recommend. Great value for money. Julio is a fantastic guide and provided all the equipment (snow shoes/poles) water/snack. Drove us to the starting point (2500m), about 45 mins from meeting point in Granada. Hike was about 2 and a bit hours and went up to about 2750m. Julio points out a lot of interesting things relating to the local climate and terrain, in addition to making professional photos. I would say you need a level of moderate fitness and a mind set of JUST DO IT. I took my hiking mad 18 year old son and he loved it too, so fully endorsed for both generations. 5 STARS!!!!

A fantastic trip up in the snowy peaks and a novel way to look back towards Granada - A fantastic trip up in the snowy peaks and a novel way to look back towards Granada. Our host, Julio, welcomed us and carefully drove up the spectacular pass to the hiking spot. The equipment was in great condition and easy to use. In a mix of Spanish, Portuguese and English, Julio pointed out places of interest and facts about the area. The level of effort required is moderate and you are well-rewarded for it.

Mountain workout. - It was nice, but we had not that much snow. And to walk uphill with rackets is quite a challenge. We had very nice instructor though.
