First timers must-do. - Great walk through the Albaicin, which is a must-do for Granada. We never would have seen these specific sights without it, and the 7pm start time was ideal. I highly recommend our guide, Mia. She did the tour in both English and Spanish and was both knowledgeable and fun.

Beautiful sunset walk with Mia - Mia was a fantastic and informative guide. We saw the best views and the cave house also was very interesting! Definitely go in the garden at st. Nicholas for the best views!

Great views pleasant hike - Outstanding tour. Guide was friendly and fun with knowledgeable presentation all along the way. It involves quite a bit of uphill walking (just like most of Granada!) and the viewpoints are amazing.

Golden Hour Tour With Play Granada - a fascinating and enjoyable walk thour 2 of the most historic districts of the city - The Golden Hour Tour with Play Granada is a fascinating and enjoyable walk through 2 of the most historic districts of Granada where you learn a lot about the history of this unique city. You also have the opportunity to take in some spectacular views looking across to the Alhambra and down towards the city as you climb the attractive back streets with their Carmens and the strong scent of jasmine up to Sacromonto. Mia was an entertaining and informative tour guide who gave us plenty of local insights as she led our party on the walk.

Culture and Calm Amidst the Chaos of Semana Santa - It was an incredibly insightful and especially enriching experience because we had Mia as our guide. She rattled off the past 2,000+ years of the country and city’s history like it was nothing before showing us a plethora of key buildings, charming alleyways, stunning viewpoints, and quaint gardens (Carmens). She kept us constantly entertained with deeply intimate knowledge of the area (and the symbolism behind everything) along her awesome sense of humor. And she had an amazing attitude despite having combatted a week’s worth of Semana Santa crowds and a number of affiliated tour cancellations or logistic mishaps. The tour itself was also memorable because the route taken leads to the st Nicholas church, and the sunset vista that area adfords of the Alhambra, the city below (inc the suburbs) and the sierra nevadas will remain forever lodged in my memory.
TLDR version: Mia (our guide) was a gem and this tour deftly showcases the uniqueness of the Granadan cityscape and the region’s landscape

Despite a windy and rainy... - Despite a windy and rainy evening, our guide Mario made this a great walking tour. He really took his time to explain the history and background of these two extremely interesting neighborhoods.

Fun, adventurous little hike - Excellent guide. Fun, lively and funny tour. Be prepared to walk lots up steps. There are many interesting viewpoints of the city and Alhamba along the tour, with the cherry at the top.

Great way to start visit to Granada - Saw excellent views of the city and Alhambra. Great way to start visit to Granada for an overview. Easy to find start point. Be ready for relatively brisk walk. Our guide Mia was excellent. Lots of history and background in her presentations.

Pretty views with lots of stairs! - Very informative tour of the Albaicin area. Pretty views all around. Be prepared for LOTS of stairs- I’d guess 15 flights in all!

A Wonderful Walking Tour with a Fabulous Guide - I did this walking tour my first evening in Granda, and it was a wonderful way to get an introduction to the city’s history and geography before diving into the Alhambra and all that. Mario, my guide, was knowledgable and enthusiastic. As I was the only one on the tour, it was a more personable experience than with a larger tour, but I’m sure Mario would manage a larger group as warmly as
he did my tour. It was a wonderful experience!
The only caution I have is that this is a walking tour with a good deal of up and down. If you are unsure on your feet or in bad physical shape, you should consider a bus tour. But you are not going to see these special parts of Granada on a bus tour!
