Laura was amazing - Laura our guide was a true historian. She knew everything about the Alhambra and accommodated the tour to our preferences and our kids. This was honestly the best tour I have ever done. 4 hours but kept us engaged. Highly recommend

Best Possible Visit of the Alhambra - This was a great experience. Our guide Jamie was the best. He made the tour An even better experience. His knowledge and enthusiasm for the Alhambra and it's rich history just reinforced the grand place that we were experiencing. Even in a pouring rain it was a great experience. Thank you to viator and especially Jamie for this wonderful opportunity to see and appreciate this beautiful wonder of Spanish / Muslim history.

Excellent tour and Carlos was an outstanding guide! Highly Recommend - This tour was more expensive than most of the tours we went on but was billed as a small group tour. Turned out to be smaller than I expected - just 6 of us which was such a joy!. Carlos was an AWESOME guide. Even before the tour started, I loved him - he gave us a heads up that 4 of our small group was delayed and the tour would start 10 minutes late. So we didn't have to worry that we missed it. The Alhambra is extremely large and he was very organized about our route and explained so much we would have missed going it alone or in a large group. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the venue and passionate about the history. He was patient with all our questions and clearly wanted to share the best sites! A wonderful tour! Highly recommend.

I’m very dissapointed... - I’m very dissapointed with Viator. On 25th December 2024 I bought and paid 4 tickets to Alhambra & Nasrid Palaces skip the line & local guide for 2nd Januari 2025, at 14.30pm. We were on the holiday to Spain with a very tide schedule, so on the 2nd January 2025 took a morning flight from Madrid to Granada just to visit Al Hambra at 14.30. The the 3rd January 2025 morning we returned back to Madrid. We were very dissappointed on the 2nd January 2025 morning when we already arrived in Granada, I received a message from the operator that the 4 tickets are unavailable.. so they offering me either I want to rechedule to 3rd January 2025 or refund the 4 tickets. Of course we could not visit on the 3rd January 2025, because at 08.00am we should returned back to Madrid. So, the cancellation by Avitor/its operator was really ruined our holiday. We bought 4 flight tickets from Madrid to Granada just to visit Al Hambra, and it became unworthed because the Al Hambra’s tickets were cancelled just few hours before our schedule times. If we knew that we could not get the Al Hambra tickets, then we will not buy the hotel voucher and fight’s tickets. So, we spent lots of money for nothing. REALLY DISSAPOINTED WITH VIATOR/ITS OPERATOR. I WILL NEVER RECOMMENDED IT. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL & IRRESPONSIBLE.

DO NOT BOOK from this company - DO NOT BOOK from this company! The tour never showed up! We picked the high price private tour to visit NASRID place during Christmas and New Year break. Booked the train/bus tickets and well prepared for the trip. But we never see the tour guide there. Only when we tried to contact them, we were told the tour was canceled and the excuse is due to the part of alhambra admission office. No email/whatsapp/phone notification before we arrived. It is not the right way to handle such incidents. They should notify users at least one day or two so we can make an alternative plan. It wastes costs of transportation as well as time/resources. It is not an acceptable behavior but. A fraud company. Viator should check the quality of that company and prohibit its listing and stop cheating with other people.
