  Some of the capital’s most talented traditional musicians have teamed up with Ramon’s Chef, Panagiotis Vasilatos, renowned for his skill in blending timeless classics with contemporary trends. This collaboration has resulted in the first-ever Greek music, food, and spirits pairing experience.

Enjoy eating, drinking, singing, and perhaps dancing to the sounds of drums, lutes, violins, and flutes. Appetizers, salads, main courses, and desserts, accompanied by spirits and liquors, will transport you to the Ionian Islands, the Peloponnese, Crete, the Cyclades, Thrace, and Epirus, culminating in the Aegean North and Asia Minor.

Don’t be mistaken; this is not a show. It is an invitation to join our table. The experience cannot be delivered; it must be created together. Forget about history classes, performances, and costumes. It’s not about a specific melody or dish, but about how everything connects. • Riganada - Traditional dish from the Ionian Islands consisting of slices of bread with local pretza cheese, tomato, olive oil and oregano

• Honey Saganaki - Fried feta cheese in crust with honey, a recipe originally created in Crete, coupled with spicy traditional cretan dry bread
• Twisted Mousaka - Instead of minced beef, the dish is prepared with slow-cooked pork, a cherished technique found in Thrace’s cuisine.
• Sweet Marinade - Marinated anchovy, a must-know receipe amongst fishermen in the Cyclades , lying on top of tomato chutney
• Halva - Slightly warm samolina cake with raisins, honey and cinnamon. A recipe brought to us by Greeks of Smyrna
