Cute tour - We were unlucky because the day was a bit rainy but the tours both by bus and boat were very nice. Gothenburg is not a big city so the attractions are small. But overall it was a pleasant day.

Excellent Service!! - We only took the boat. Bring a jacket as it gets cold once in the harbor. The tour is awesome, and the guide is excellent. We really enjoyed it and highly recommend it!!

nice trick but not cheap - The boat tour is pleasant and allows you to discover the city from another angle. The prices are, however, a little excessive.

Nice Introduction to Gothenburg - On our first full day in Gothenburg, we started with the bus tour when it began at 10:30 and enjoyed a ride around the city with some commentary about history and things to look for. Back at the starting point for the bus tour we were able to catch the boat tour about 15 minutes later. The bus tour was especially good with our tour guide Marcus. In both instances we got a really good review of the city and could target where we wanted to return later. We bought our tickets before leaving the US, but that was really unnecessary. We could easily have bought tickets on the day we were there and would likely do that if we come back.

Good way to see Gothenburg! - Visited on a cruise ship - Gothenburg is having a lot of new construction work with cranes everywhere. When you take the boat tour it goes out into the harbour where there are huge cranes that used to unload the big ships but sadly no longer in use. Gothenburg nonetheless is a beautiful City and our guide was very knowledgeable pointing out a lot of the main buildings and famous fish market.. Some of the bridges are really low - one in particular where you had to duck down.

A good view of Gothenburg - We paid for the ticket on the bus, but we were not given a city map, so we were never sure exactly where we were or what was at each of the stops. The audio guide was ok, but it seemed to not work in certain areas. We only noticed this after getting on and off at different places. The boat tour was ok, but we weren't aware that it went out into the harbour. The weather wasn't great on the day we took the tour, so the water was a little choppy and my girlfriend felt unsafe. However, it was perfectly fine and the trip was always under control. However, we might not have done the trip had we known it left the canals. As we hadn't been provided with a map, this was never clear to us. The tour by bus/boat was still a good experience and allowed us to view Gothenburg.

6 out of 24 hours - We got a ticket for 24 hours. The timetable of the bus could not be found online. At 9:00 we finally found stop 8. and the information that the first bus comes by at 11:10. To our big surprise no 2. it already stops at 17:10. we got a 24hour ticket and wanted to use the bus also in the evening. A herb disappointment.

Poor organisation. - Disappointed with the service. The map we took at the boat kiosk was out of date. We were not informed at any point that the bus didn't stop at stop 9 (maritime museum) any more. So we stayed on the bus instead of getting off at stop 8. The young guy at the stop 1 suggested we go round again (45 minutes!). Just shrugged off our complaint. We walked to the museum and realised we could have got off at stop 2. I suggest you replace your old maps and are more helpful to foreign tourists.

Don't use these. Unserious and arrogant - We had been looking forward to such a trip, and the children were delighted. We had pre-booked, and followed the schedule that we found online. When we get to this, it turns out that the timetable on the web is wrong, and the service on the bus is poorly accommodating and helpful. At the same time, more families are told that the buses do not go. The service is ignorant and operates with great disclaimer.
