Great way to see the city - Great way to see Gothenburg and learn about their history and culture. I was traveling by myself in the summer and decided to splurge on the boat tour. I had the whole day with no plans so I did the tour three times in a row! The guides were pretty consistent with the history told yet each had their own flair and style.

Enjoyable trip - Enjoyable trip - there isn't very much to see in Gothenburg but the guide made the most of it. The trip ventures out of the harbour onto the open water a lot more than I expected, which was way more fun than just pottering around the canals. Very enjoyable in good weather!

Very fun boat tour with hillarious guide - but it is not hop on hop off! - We absolutely loved this tour! The town is pretty and the big hit was our tour guide, Sandwich. He may have been a stand up comedian! We were frustrated because we bought a ticket for the hop on hop off, but when we got there they said it was just a one hour tour with no stops. But we enjoyed the tour guide so much that we were happy anyway!

Poor Service and NOT accessible for handicapped people - Unfortunately the staff were more involved taking pictures of the long cue than to assist my friend suffering from MS and sitting in a wheel chair. They were slow, unorganized and obviously overwhelmed with the number of people arriving from their cruise ship. They even sold is boat tickets although you need to be certain on your feet if you want to be able to get in and out of the boat. If you are, make sure you try to pick it up where the boat starts NOT where the bus ends. Those boats will already be full. The bus tour was satisfying though and our request for a refund was granted.
