Fun, Clean, and Great for Celebrating - We visited for my son’s 10th birthday and the park did not disappoint. We have never been to Legoland before and we found it clean and organized. The employees were also very nice, although a few had very little information about the area attractions (when asked for directions or where to put a stroller, etc.) Food in the park was decent as well, although a little pricey. We stayed in a Ninjago suite with 6 of us (2 adults and 4 kids ranging from 11-1 years old). We were very impressed with the room. It was better than I expected and many activities were included, even a creative building class. We would definitely come again.

It's all about the little details - The hotel and park were both amazing! The little details really made this trip. The themed rooms, Lego creations placed in the rooms, Lego bricks in the room to create stuff, the little treasure hunt, music and disco ball elevators, super easy digital check-in, play-castle in the lobby, scavenger hunt, Lego workshops, music changes for each Lego world, friendly and caring staff. This trip was so much more magical than the Disney resort we stayed at. The only complaint I have is the miniscule exercise room which is about half the size of the main area of one of the regular sized hotel rooms. Also it's not clear when they stop serving food in the park. I tried getting a chicken sandwich from the Ninja Kitchen around 4:30 pm and they said they stopped serving chicken sandwiches because they were closing soon.

Everything was AWESOME! - This was our third trip to Legoland this summer. Our original trip was in June, but due to the rain we used our Experience Promise to come back for a complementary admission. As usual, we had a great time. From meeting with guest services to activate our tickets to our in park experience everything was AWESOME! But the real stand out was the Master Builder Dan who took time to talk to my son about his job and creations as a Master Builder and even talked to him about how to become a Master Builder some day. My son has autism and is usually socially awkward and a bit shy but Dan was so good with him and so encouraging! It made our whole trip!

Dvorkin Family Trip August 2024 - LEGOLAND NY is an excellent destination for families with young children, particularly those who love LEGO. It offers a unique blend of entertainment and education, making it a worthwhile visit for those in the target age range. We arrived at the park as it opened and spent most of the days exploring and enjoying rides. We decided to go to the bottom of the park and start there rather than follow the crowd. Because of that we found that the first part of the day most of the rides at the bottom of the park had almost no wait times. Food courts were busy at lunch time and there was some waiting. We did not use the water park as it was crowded and our kids did not want to go. There were two options, a 20min time limit if one got free tickets or one could purchase 1 hour tickets. Since we were a couple of hours away from the park closure and the kids were getting tired from being in the sun all day, we opted to make our way back and just do a few rides as we made our way to the exit.

Kudos to Karen & Brickbeard cafe cleaner - We had a great time all day despite the rain. The young tall boy who was cleaning Brickbeards was just amazing. I’ve been there countless times and today the inside seating was NCO neat Clean and organized. Tables cleaned, chairs tucked and garbage was neat- I was actually amazed. Kudos to him bc it’s Sunday Funday before Memorial Day and the crazies were def in the park today. We were on our way out and wanted to see the new Model Shop viewing spot. The moment the kids stepped in… Karen came up and immediately connected with my little cousin Callum and talked to him about his day and if he wanted to check out the bricks to build. She was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. She sincerely needs to be appreciated for the positive energy and sunshine she gave (the kids) and us. Thank you to both these employees. They made this family adventure such a memorable one. Respectfully, JoEllen Nemeth [email protected]

Let’s Go to Legoland! - Great mini-getaway for our little one! There were many options for food, rides, playgrounds, shows, and shops! We went on a cloudy weekend, just right for outdoor walking as there wasn’t much shade. Since our baby is only 2, most of the rides and shows weren’t accessible to him, but he still had fun going around the park, playing in the playground & water play area, and building legos! Staff are very helpful and lenient with packed snacks and water bottles for the kiddos. Will definitely be back when our LO’s a little older and taller! 😄

a good family trip :) - my family and i spent a night at the legoland hotel and had 2-day tickets to the legoland resort and im glad we did because the lines for everything were super long so we only got to go on half the rides and attraction each day. it was way better than i expected it to be and i liked how everything was spaced out for different themes. the views were great and the children had lots of fun. the only downside would be the price, everything is just very expensive and one of our children got a tiny painting on his arm and they charged us over $20 for it. the food was also alright(some places better than others) and just way too overpriced (their apple fries are great btw). overall i liked the views there and liked how mostly all the rides were family rides and all our family was able to ride together. the staff are very friendly and attentive. another great thing is their theater, on one of our days there it started raining for around an hour and we just took shelter in their theater while watching on of their 4D movies and by the time we came out, the rain had cleared and we were able to spend the rest of the day on the rides.

Kids love it, but get ready to spend serious money - Pros: The kids loved it So much different activities and rides to do Really cool structures Easy parking Some rides reminded me of rides that would be at Disney or Universal Cons: Food is extremely expensive and not good- I would suggest bringing your own food One day is not enough, if you l want to do everything there you have to go there at least two days Wait times for rides were outrageous! They need a better process, because even when the line wasn’t long it too way too long.
