10/10 Going Again - The park was clean, well maintained, adequately staffed and so much fun! The park is handicapped accessible and attractions have sensory guides to help neurodivergent guests navigate the park. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The app makes planning your visit and getting to all of your chosen activities a breeze, giving you show times, hours and warnings when fees apply. All the rides are free of charge! We had a blast and plan to go back again.

Great experience - Very friendly staff. All staff members greeted us and gave us information we didnt know. The meet and greet they had with Master Builder Alec was a fun time for both kids and adults.

Glad we stayed the night before our trip to Legoland - ⸻ We stayed at the LEGOLAND Resort from Friday to Saturday in early November, during the off-season. The staff mentioned that about 150 rooms were booked, compared to the typical 250, and it definitely felt quieter in a good way. It never seemed crowded, which made the stay feel relaxed and enjoyable. The kids absolutely loved the LEGO play area in the lobby and spent a lot of time there. The Creative Workshop the next morning with the master builders was another highlight—they enjoyed building skyscrapers. The scavenger hunt throughout the hotel was also fun and gave them something extra to look forward to. Our room was pirate-themed, and the kids were thrilled with the treasure chest puzzle. They loved answering the questions to crack the code, and inside were small LEGO packets for each of them—such a thoughtful touch that added excitement right from the start. Breakfast is included, but you do need to make a reservation. It’s a seated meal with a small buffet-style counter selection, plus additional items you can order from the menu. It worked well, and we all found something we liked. The staff members throughout the hotel were pleasant and welcoming. The woman at the front desk in particular stood out—very enthusiastic, kind, and helpful. And the elevators… honestly, you just have to experience them. Think music, lights, and disco vibes. The kids will remember it forever. Overall, we’d definitely stay again. The resort is playful, engaging for kids, and makes the whole trip feel more immersive and fun. It was a great way to extend the LEGO excitement beyond the park itself.

Great, Off Season Visit - We visited LEGOLAND on a Saturday in November during the off-season, and overall it was a great experience. The park didn’t feel crowded at all—although we’ve never been during peak season, so we can’t compare directly. We only had to wait for one or two rides, which made the day feel smooth and relaxed. One thing to note is that the “kids go free with one adult” ticket deal didn’t make sense during this time. With off-season pricing, it actually ended up being cheaper to just purchase four regular tickets, so it’s definitely worth comparing the options before you buy. The kids really enjoyed the rides, especially the Ninjago ride—hands down their favorite. They also loved exploring all of the areas built entirely out of LEGO. It’s fascinating to see the little worlds and cities in such detail. Another highlight was the Skyliner, which gave great views around the park. Because it was the off-season, only one or two restaurants were open for lunch. We were lucky to get in line before it got too backed up, but I could see the wait being longer if you hit it during a busier moment. Overall, it was a fun and very manageable visit. Going in the off-season made for easy ride access and a relaxed pace, and we’d definitely consider visiting again during this time of year.

Brick or Treat - October was a great time to go! The Brick or Treat and Halloween themed builds were so fun and we waited in no lines throughout our time!

Park and resort experience was Great but food was bad and expensive. And very few options on food. - It was all great but food was way too expensive and don’t taste good at all. Even the Legoland resort restaurant food was really bad and expensive. I wish they had more food options than just chicken tenders fries.

Fun day trip - Overall we had a good trip. We were disappointed in the shows an wish some more rides were open, but the short lines and holiday events made up for it. Our daughter had a great time which is what ultimately matters.

We're so excited and happy yesterday! - Yesterday, my son and I went to LEGOLAND and had a great time. We happened to catch the last day of the Halloween trick-or-treat event, which let my son enjoy the fun of collecting candy once again.

Honest Feedback - Good experience, some Feedback to improve. The Ninjago ride was not working properly, the roller coaster was not working, and the parking is overpriced for what you get. The attractions during this time are limited and leave you to weigh the value when you pay admission plus parking only to have a better experience at the shops where you spend more money. It starts to feel more like a fair than a theme park because of similar experiences.
