Boutique, Intimate, Ethical, Charity Focussed Tour - This was a really unique day. We got to learn a lot about Koalas and get close to one. We got to meet Kangaroos as well. Plus another million animals to see and learn about. But the coolest thing for me was the delicious BBQ, custom wine selection, and cheese platter. I think the other reviews don’t talk about this enough! Your host literally cooks you a BBQ lunch that is all-you-can-eat. Truly everyone was stuffed. We got to simply eat and drink for over an hour. No rush and no schedule. Huge portions. We ate “build your own burgers” on our day. There was a massive cheese platter as well, for the entrée. Plus condiments (olives, sundried tomatoes, marinated fetta, etc). So yeah, 5-star experience. Once in a lifetime for sure. Underrated BBQ lunch. Bottomless wine basically. Cheese platter. Boomerang lessons were fun as well! That was our last activity at the end, before driving back to Sydney. So I learned to throw a boomerang! Such a good half-day out of the city. Only 7 hours. Highly recommend!

Amazing birthday trip! - ✨ We booked this for my birthday, and it ended up being one of the most unforgettable days of my life. From the moment we met at the cool little café to the scenic drive, the energy was amazing. Sean is not just a fantastic host, he’s a genuinely inspiring human being. His passion and thoughtfulness shine through every detail, from the delicious BBQ and flowing wine to the way he introduces you to the animals and the sanctuary’s mission. I got to see and touch koalas and kangaroos (and even bonded with a sweet little kangaroo I think is my new best friend 🦘). We also saw a Tasmanian devil, colorful birds, and the fiercest croc named Elvis among many other creatures I would never have been able to see at home! Even though we ran late due to traffic, Sean was so kind and reassuring, helping us stay calm and not miss a thing. It was truly the best birthday ever! An experience full of laughter, learning, adventure, and heart. 10/10 recommend

Opportunity of a Lifetime in Australia! - Book this now, there is nothing in this world that compares to this experience! From start to finish Sean takes you on this magical, intimate journey and lets you in on a slice of heaven in Australia. From the intimate settings with Koalas and Kangaroos, to the delicious Australian Wines, Cheeses and Food, you leave there feeling complete and whole. This event is only as good as the host and man is the host great. The pictures Sean took had all the right angles to make everyone in America jealous. You really have to pinch yourself to make sure you’re not dreaming. I’m still on a high from this and I don’t see myself ever coming down. If I’m ever in Australia again, I’m doing this again. Thank you Sean for creating everlasting memories and you single handily gave my fiance the best birthday ever. You are a legend.

A truly magical day with great people especially Sean the host, it's definitely a trip to redo on my return to Australia - Sean is a passionate man who knows and loves the area. He was born to do this activity and cannot do enough for the groups he takes, no matter how large (10 max) or small. The experience was amazing, I can die happy 😊 after seeing these amazing animals been looked after and cared for in a unique place. God bless you Tim Faulkner for doing what you do. If you book this trip you won’t be disappointed, the weather was bad today, but it made the day even better for both us and the animals. I wish I could do it again but I am travelling on. Deffo another booking if I ever return to Sydney. Thanks again Sean (mate) for your fabulous knowledge and the hospitality you showed to us all including me, the solo traveller 🥰

Best Experience in Sydney! - This was by far one of the coolest experiences I’ve ever been on (and after 97 countries I’ve taken a LOT of tours). Sean is super friendly and has a lot of positive energy. It was amazing to meet the rest of the group ahead of time and grab some coffee to get to know them. It was a comfortable ride in his van to the park and so amazing to see all the animals at the sanctuary thriving. And the food…..I would have just come for the food! ❤️ I highly recommend this tour for so many reasons!!!!

Wonderful one of a kind experience ! - Such an amazing experience! Sean is a lovely friendly person who’s taken care of every detail and every guest on this trip. We all had such a wonderful time. We enjoyed spending time with koalas and kangaroos, saw flying foxes, Tasmanian devils, crocodiles. The barbecue was amazing! So yummy and great food catering to everyone as well. The drive there and back was easy. Please do yourself a favour and book this experience! It’s so unique and authentic, you will not regret it. And it’s impossible not to smile being surrounded by the cute animals who are clearly healthy and happy 😊 the guys also support the Australian conservation efforts so you will be part of a good deed!! P.s. expect plenty of great photos.

Baby animal/Boomerang experience Solo traveller - This has been my favourite experience in Sydney whilst been here. After a week of horrible rain, the sun came out and shined all day. Met Sean at a hotel in the morning, he was so chill, I enjoyed our chat before we set off, found out about what to expect throughout the day and learnt a little about him. We went to the Australian Reptile Park and the experience began there, I was able to feed the Kangaroos, which I was very excited about and Sean took loads of photos for me and sent them over when he could throughout the day. Then I got to meet the Koalas, and was able to stroke them, and have photos with them, was lucky was able to see them awake and moving around, it was amazing to see. Then had an interaction with some colourful birds they landed on my arm as I was feeding them a bit of a french fry. Had some lovely photos with those. After this Sean cooked a lovely BBQ and whilst I waited, had some cheese from the cheese board he had provided, there was a lot of variety, and as I didn't like wine Sean knew I liked Cider as he had kindly asked before the tour, and gotten me some apple cider that tasted lovely, really appreciated that. After the BBQ had more time to interact with the kangaroos which was fun. I had such a great time and loved that it was a small group, it was such a personalised experience. After this part of the day Sean taught me how to throw a boomerang, I really enjoyed this was so determined to get it to return to me, I nearly managed to do it. Loved this so much I have now bought my own boomerang to practice some more. On the way back Sean took me to Manly had a little walk along the beach there and high street, and got the boat back to Circular Quay from there, I had such an amazing time, it brightened up my week for sure.

Fantastic time with koalas and kangaroos! - We had an amazing time on this excursion! We booked as a private group, with Sean picking us up and dropping us off from our hotel door. A short drive to the reptile park where we had the opportunity to get up close and personal with many kangaroos and pet a koala. Sean cooked a fantastic lunch and then we had some time to explore the park and see all the different animals there. The tour ended with the kids getting to throw boomerangs before heading back. It was a rainy day, but everything worked out perfect.

- We had such a warm welcome at The Australian Reptile Park and completely skipped the queue. My group and I learned about Tim Faulkner, learned about Aussie Ark and all the amazing efforts of this charity. Breeding Tasmanian Devils and Koalas. Their big property up north in The Barrington Tops. So cool to see so mant cute and amazing animals in a Reptile Park! Don’t worry - the snakes, lizards and spiders are completely optional! My tour guide Sean focusses heavily on endangered animals of Australia. He took such good care of our group. The lunch - all you can eat - was truly a marvel. We all basically had food-comas after that (in a good way!). Throwing boomerangs was fun too! I highly recommend this experience. It was cool to see Koalas actually awake. Some of them walking around and climbing. We got SO MANY high quality photos of our day from Sean. Great experience. Very boutique. I love that this company only takes 10 guests maximum, with a focus on charity, conservation and education. Good for kids and adults.

Exceptional day out! - Wow. Such a relaxed day and I got so much more than expected. Everything is included, which is so nice. After calculating the cost of doing this myself, it was still better pricing to book with Australian Wine & Cheese, and be chauffeured and cooked for. The wine and cheese before lunch was delicious! Not to mention the Aussie BBQ Burgers, all you can eat! Phenomenal. In a nutshell, it was a 5-star experience. Extremely boutique. Nothing like those mass tourism generic tours. I met Sean at a café in Woolloomooloo. Met my small group for the day. Very intimate. We had a coffee and chatted. Then he drove us safely out of Sydney to meet a Koala and some Kangaroos. Also saw some wild Lorikeets. He taught us about boomerangs, a bit of Aussie History, and was so attentive all day. Couldn’t be happier. This is my kind of tourism. 10 guests maximum. My group was only half this size! Loved it! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone to book this Experience. Authentic and donates money to charity. “Aussie Ark”. Look them up!
