Amazing tour of the Scottish Highlands - If there was a way to give Tony 10 stars we would. He was the perfect host for our day in the highlands. The stories were amazing. The extra photo stops really added to our day. Tony always greeted us with a smile. Learning the history of Scotland was exactly what we were hoping for. The village of Fort Augustus was beautiful. We enjoyed walking around and seeing the locks. Loch Ness was stunning. Even if we didn’t see Nessie. On our way back to Glasgow we stopped at Perthshire and saw some hairy highland coos. A spectacular end to our trip. We highly recommend this day long adventure. It is well worth the money.

Beautiful Countryside - Was a wonderful trip with a beautiful view of the highlands. Tour guide was friendly and very knowledgeable. Allowed us to make a lot of extra stops and get some great pictures from the trip. The extra money for the tour of Loch Ness was also well worth it.

By far the best tour we have been on ! - Tony has gone above and beyond to make this tour memorable for us. Lots of fun facts, and he always made sure we were comfortable and had enough time to do the things we'd want to do! I cannot put into words how much we enjoyed this trip, both because of the views, visits, and our guide! Thank you Tony and Discover Scotland, if I could give 10 stars I would have :)

Mist in the Highlands and Great history. - Started the morning out of Glasgow Buchanan St bus station after a short briefing from our guide for the day. (Nine on the tour but the coach could fit 15 I believe.)On the way out of Glasgow city Tony pointed out a great Scottish restaurant(which I hit the next night for haggis) and gave us some Glasgow history and then more as we passed Paisley. On to a short coffee break at Loch Lomand for some pics and the story of the sad traditional song. On up to the Highlands and the awesome beautiful sights of the hills in the mist and a couple picturesque stops to Glencoe. Tony pointed out some Harry Potter, Highlander and Bond filming sites(Skyfall). It was a cool misty morning, which made it perfect and mystical. Tony's narration was very good and he filled the drive with traditional Scottish music as well as some Scottish pop sounds(like my fave, Texas). On to Fort Augustus town, lunch(I picked a small shop for a tuna sandwich(coulda used more tuna) followed by a 50 minute cruise to find Nessie on Loch Ness. Our guide gave us good info on the Loch, wow it is really deep! (did I see a tail surface there?!). At this point the rain was full on. A short stop at the Commando Memorial and another stop for food and tea in Perthshire. Rain and heavy winds hit and Tony kept a good eye on the road. We could see Stirling and the Wallace Monument from the highway. Tony got us in good time back to Glasgow. He was aces! If you jumped to the end: I do recommend this tour!

Great tour of the Highlands! - Tony provided an exceptional experience of the Scottish Highlands! Tony was warm and inviting in all his interactions with our group over the course of 12 hours. He provided a really informative history of the area, and included some photo stops that were above and beyond the planned itinerary. We encountered very stormy conditions at the end of the day, and he did a great job of getting us back safely. We highly recommend this tour …we had a great time. Thanks Tony!

Glencoe and Scottish Highlands. - It was a lovely day. I really enjoyed the journey, on the way there much more than the journey back, as I was already tired, it was very dark outside and you couldn't see the places being referred to. Could have done with less talk on our journey back. This is just my opinion.. Our driver and guide was pleasant, entretaining and very knowledgeable. He shared a wealth of historical info and interesting facts about Scotland throughout the journey and also some Scotish folk music and a taste of Scottish whiskey! In Lockness, I chose not to tak the crise as it was pouring down withvrain, cold and misty. Instead, I went to visit the small town, wentvto see the beautiful Abbey, which since 1995 is a Hotel; I walked to different sites around the lake and had my lunch at 13:40.(Luckily the sun shone for about 30 minutes. No guiding provided outside the bus. Very much left to our own devices on those occasions. However, Scottish folk are ever so helpful. It was a lovely day, overall. Well W worth it. Thank you.
