Champ! - Marc B was one of the champ tour guides we've had so far. He truly made sure that we felt included in the tour due to our Deafness. Marc immediately contacted his company to send us a transcript via email. He was also super friendly, he would wave at everyone. For the tour itself, the company planned the itinerary perfectly along with stops for breaks and photo ops. However, I do wish that the company added maybe two more for 15-minute photo ops stops which would be great. Highly recommend this trip to anyone who is interested in seeing the Scottish Highlands.

Aqueduct was the highlight - It was a great trip to see the Highlands and the aqueduct with the train crossing was great. A few other tours on the same route but no big queues. The only shame was I was with 2 children and we couldn't sit together. Paul the driver was great even without music 😁

Recommended day tour when you are in Glasgow - This tour's great! There are many good opportunities to take photos of the highlands. Marc the bus driver and tour guide was engaging by delivering a good mix of Scotland's history, facts and music with some anecdotes. His driving was good and the entire schedule was well planned. A recommended tour package for anyone new to Glasgow!

We had a great day! - The trip to Mallaig, Glenfinnan and Glencoe was great. We really enjoyed the different sightseeing spots and were lucky to catch the Jacobite train when entering the train station at Mallaig. Big thanks to our guide Tom who made this possible. He did a great job and was very entertaining. A must do for every Harry Potter fan (although we spend a lot of time on the bus).

Difficult to understand tour guide - We were unable to understand the tour driver. I realize the Scottish accent is very strong, but for those people who are non-native to scotland, can’t be understood. I would like to suggest pre-recoded descriptions of the sites that are being seen as we drive by using someone’s voice that is more understandable to a larger group of people from various countries. All the songs that were played over the sound system were understandable by the drivers’s voice description of sites and events was not.

“I thought there was a massacre at Clencoe - The steam train passing over the viaduct is such an iconic scene. Very very surprised that although we stopped twice for a few minutes at two locations whilst going through Clencoe not one mention was made of the massacre of the MacDonalds clan by clan Campbell. No one can travel though this famous glen without hearing of this historic occasion. No visit to the information centre. I sat next to two young Canadians of Scottish parents who were MacDonalds and were anxious to hear of the massacre and were very surprised when nothing was mentioned. The sound system when playing music was very poor but credit to our driver Stuart who did an admirable job of giving some history of Scotland which is why omitting the the story of the Campbells and MacDonalds was such a mystery.

Beautiful Trip - Stuart our bus driver/guide was fantastic, his knowledge was on point, and he was a careful driver with our safety being his priority. He gave us plenty of time at each stop. The one thing that detracted from our experience though. It was blistering hot the day of our tour, which is wonderful, but the air-con in the bus was definitely not working, and for a 12.5hour tour, this made the time on the bus extremely uncomfortable. We weren't the only people battling with the stifling heat on the bus. I know you can't control the weather, but the tour is advised as a climate controllable tour, so I did expect better temperature control. If that had been sorted the whole tour would have been amazing!

Wouldn’t book again - We booked another trip earlier with Timberbush which wasn’t comparable to this one. This one was less enjoyable than the other. Stuart was our driver during this trip, which was about 12 hours long. During this trip we had hoped he would speak more about the surroundings, and the history of the places we visited. He spoke briefly about the places and where to get food/drinks, etc, but not explicitly where to get good views and other hotspots. There was one hour for lunch in Mallaig, which is too short to get a good look at the little town. This makes the whole tour feel like a bus drive back and forth to the Viaduct (with a short break in Mallaig).
