Absolutely the best walking tour in Glasgow. - This is the best walking tours in Glasgow without a doubt. Jonny is absolutely passionate about Glasgow and very engaging and positive. The three hour tour covered so much fantastic information and passed all too quickly. Jonny made this very personal, learning everyone’s name and making time to talk to everyone during the tour. Absolutely brilliant. I have been on numerous tours all over Europe and this is one of the very best. After the tour we received a very detailed email of recommendations for activities all over Glasgow. I cannot praise it enough. Don’t be fooled into booking any of the other so called ‘free’ tours in Glasgow who send an email with their payment demands before the tour( just saying).Book Glasgow Gander which is superb value. You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing tour from a proper Glaswegian - Johnny was an amazing tour guide - his love of Glasgow and knowledge of the city are unbeatable. He showed us many quirks, many of which I didn't know about (despite living in Glasgow for 15 years). He pointed out interesting architecture, and was very knowledgeable about the history of buildings. He recommended unique things to do, as well as places to eat and drink. Most all of, I loved his enthusiasm - it was infectious and we were all smiling the whole time.

Brilliant Walking Tour. - Wow what a brilliant morning we had with Johnny. Our train was late getting in so we were 10 minutes late but he quickly caught us up. So informative but also through some humour into the history lesson, which made the tour even more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

A Great Glasgow Gander! - Book this now! Johnny puts his heart, his pride for ”Mother Glasgow”, and his humor into this tour and it shows. We only had two days and this tour gave us a great sense of the city. From architecture, to history, to pubs (of course), we got a taste of everything. This tour should be top of you must do in Glasgow list!!! Wear comfy walking shoes and be prepared to have a great time.

Gander Walking Tours - We really really enjoyed this tour! Johnny takes you through a wonderful mix of locations each a short walk from the previous one. The tour is interesting, informative and very entertaining. We picked up some great tips of places to visit on future trips to Glasgow. Ate at Rab Ha’s that evening on his recommendation which was excellent.

Enlightening and fun - Johnny took us on a wonderful and informative walk through Glasgow. We appreciated his personal touch and conversation, the enlightening background to the architecture and cultural highlights of the centre, and list of suggestions on what to enjoy next. We’d recommend the tour to anyone!

Great customer service - Johnny gets a 5 out of 5 for customer service! I mistakenly booked my tour for the wrong day, and I wasn’t in town yet. I messaged him about it, asking if I could switch your dates. He said normally that wouldn’t be a problem, but the tour was already sold out for the day I wanted. However, he gave me a refund without me even asking for it, even though it was completely my mistake. And he offered to send me his advice about what to see and do in Glasgow. Hopefully I’ll actually get to take the tour next time—he gets five stars for customer support!
