Pyramid show in color - Another way to appreciate the pyramids at night. Besides a nice dinner on a rooftop, the light show with the sunset was a beautiful night out. The beauty of the pyramids at night and illuminate are breathtaking. The restaurant was not crowded which gave us perfect view for photos and videos.

Irresponsible - The guite tour never arrive to pick up at the hotel. Í was vieses in Egypt. Í want to see but was not posible.

Buyer Beware for this tour - Complete waste of money….the light show was a joke and the “restaurant” was horrible. We ordered pizza thinking it was safe. Served cold and we are convinced they orders from Pizza Hit (nearby) and increased to price and served. Buyer beware…

Total disaster. - The worst decision of my trip to Cairo, we were picked up late and could not see the show, it started at 20:30 and they came to pick us up at the hotel at 20:30, on the other end of Cairo. We arrived just when it was over. Awful dinner, late and cold. They gave it to me to take and I took it to the dogs that abuse in that country.

Not reliable - Never happened. Couple of hours before the event, the tour operator texted that there is no show and it was too late that it wasted my night. Very disappointing . They didn’t inform viator of cancellation so I am hoping I will get money back.

Not worth it. Food was... - Not worth it. Food was so-so but it was too dark to see the food. Guide was inexperienced at English speaking. It was hard to hear the commentary during the show. Drinks were overpriced.

Cancelled 1 hour before - We’ve booked 23 different tours on our 3 week holiday here in Egypt, only 3 tours we have booked we have had problems with and every single one has been managed by emo tours- they do not care at all about the customers - every tour I have booked with them I have been met with problem after problem . For this tour we had not heard anything all day so I sent a message clarifying our trip only to be told that it was cancelled, they didn’t think to even message us to tell us it was cancelled and when we asked for a refund they basically said it’s not our problem and diverted us to another site to get a refund. We had planned our whole day around this and had just finished getting ready when they replied, looked like they weren’t even gonna tell us. They didn’t make any attempt to apologise and completely didn’t care at all. The last few times we had to deal with rude operators and no show tour guides/late/ in the wrong location. The other tour guides in other companies in Egypt have been lovely but this one has been nothing but a complete pain.
