Egyptologists believe the Pyramid of Cheops (also known as the Great Pyramid of Giza) was built as a tomb for the Egyptian Pharaoh Khofo and constructed over a 14 to 20-year period in 2560 BC.

Great Sphinx - Afterwards, continue on toward the Great Sphinx. The Sphinx has the head of a pharaoh with a lion’s body and dates back to the time of Chephren. This sphinx was made to guard the pyramids of King Chefren. Next, visit the Valley Temple which belonged to the Pyramids of Chephren. The temple acted as a place for the purification and mummification process of the king before burial.

Exceptional Tour with Mahmoud! - We had an incredible experience at the pyramids with Mahmoud as our tour guide. He was not only kind but also extremely knowledgeable, sharing fascinating details about the history and significance of the pyramids. His friendly and approachable nature made us feel completely comfortable throughout the tour.
When my SIM card wasn’t working, Mahmoud even went out of his way to help me sort it out. He also took the best photos of us at the pyramids!
I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable tour experience! 😊

Excellent day with Mahmoud - Mahmoud was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our day with him and he was a fantastic photographer at each stop. It is a well worth trip to do!

Cairo tour - Our tour guide, Mahmoud, was fantastic! He gave us a detailed tour of the pyramids, explaining everything thoroughly and capturing some amazing photos for us. We also got to see the Sphinx and had a camel ride (though I would’ve loved it to be a bit longer). Mahmoud then took us to the Civilization Museum, where he shared plenty of interesting information and allowed us some free time to explore. He was always on time, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. We also visited a spot where they showed us how papyrus paper is made, which was really cool. I highly recommend Mahmoud for anyone wanting an in-depth and memorable experience in Egypt!

Pyramids, Sphinx, Camel - Pyramids, Sphinx and Camel ride are all in the same area so there's very little driving once you get there. Be sure to request Mahmoud as he's very knowledgeable on the history of the area and will also take great pictures of you and your group. He will treat you like a friend.

A great historical and fun day out - Mahmoud was excellent guide with added in superb photography skills which came in very handy. Well read in archaeology and Egyptian history and explain with passion. Well spoken english, well mannered, reliable with family and very friendly. Also advised about trusted places for shopping and food which worked out very well. Very glad to have made this choice and would highly recommend his company.

Worth seeing the pyramids - Highly recommend this tour. Both the guide and driver were friendly. The guide Amir was knowledgeable making the experience of seeing the pyramids even more memorable. He took some really nice photos of my husband and I. The lunch was simple but authentic Egyptian and very tasty. Enjoyed the papyrus museum as well. We were not pressurised to buy anything.

Mahmoud is the best - I created a daily tour of Cairo together with Mahmoud based on my desire. He picked me up at the airport with a driver and we visited: - baazar in the old part of Cairo - pyramids and sphinx in Giza - spice shop To then take me back to the hotel. Mahmoud is a kind, knowledgeable guy and a great photographer (added value if you want a special memory from here). I recommend it!
