Will come again surelyyy !!!! - The Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum visits are amazing and was a dream that come true for me!!! The GEM is wonderful and very huge . Guide Mahmoud is great and superbe. He took great care of us . We took very special photos there in the Pyramids . We spent nice time .
One point to be added to this great company is that they are perfect in communication and quick replies . The tour operators are very active . They have confirmed on us the pick up time and place . We found our guide easily thanks to them being in contact with us . Also during the tour they contacted us to make sure that everything is okay and we are having good time .
100000/10 company .

Great Tour ! - Our pick up from Alexandria port is punctual and on time . Our guide Kerolus is amazing! He is very knowledgeable and explain everything in detail . Our driver Ali is so skillful . Our tour to the GEM & the Pyramids is so nice . Our tour operator Mirette is so helpful and in contact with us during the whole tour and she previously sent us messages for confirmation of the pick up time .
You should’t miss this tour if you want to have a great day in Egypt !!!

A day to remember!!! - Really amazing tour . It is perfectly arranged from the great pick up at Alexandria port . Our guide Mahmoud has been waiting us with a sign showing our names . This made our pick up more easier and smoother . The Visit to the Pyramids and the GEM couldn’t be more perfect than this . Mahomoud is superbe and excellent . The lunch is very delicious .
Our tour operator Gerges is very helpful and has send us all the information before . I highly recommend this tour with this nice company .
Thanks for making this day to be remembered.

It was amazing we'll do it again - It was amazing My tour guide was the best one I've ever had it was just me and him and I got hurt my first day so we went slow and he took good care of me and we even went to a couple places that weren't on the list I would do it all over again and I hope to have him again someday

We were very pleased with... - We were very pleased with our guide, Sara. She was very knowledgeable about Egyptian culture and patient in answering all our questions. Our driver, Gerges, was also very good at getting us around. It was a fantastic experience thanks to them. I highly recommend them. Mirette, the tour manager, also kept us informed about everything.

Great day!!! Fun tour!!! - Jean was great! He is very knowledgeable and was very informative. He gave us lots of history about Egypt on the car ride from Alexandria port to the pyramids and then even more information while showing us around The GEM and the pyramids. He took great care of us and was very personable. We enjoyed the car ride and time spent with him and Ahmed, our driver.

Wonderful experience - Nice day with nice guide . The weather is nice . The grand museum is wonderful . You shouldn’t miss it . Our guide is so knowledgeable . She explains everything in detail . You shouldn’t miss this tour .

Fantastic sights, but not an optimal tour experience - 2.5 stars rounded up. Pickup at port was chaotic and concerning. We finally found someone who had handwritten our name on a piece of lined paper with no tour company identifier. We had to walk through traffic to the driver. Driver did not speak English and guide was apparently going to meet us 2.5 hours later at Giza. Not at all what we expected. During the drive back, the driver texted and drove through streets that did not seem safe. Guide was knowledgeable and informative, but kept suggesting stops that we kept declining. We have had significantly better private tour experiences. That said, the pyramids, Sphinx, and Grand Egyptian Museum were truly amazing.

Questionable. - The provider does not have the permits to come onto the cruise port in Alexandria. The provider does not have the permits to go onto the Giza Plateau. With that being said, I wish I would have done more research on what to expect. The Pyramid complex was only open for 2 hours when we finally arrived. We rushed through, got a few pics. We were then taken to a friend/family’s shops and then to another. When we protested and requested to go back to the ship, our requests were ignored. We finally made it back to the ship. The tour guide provided no commentary on our tour. She just checked her phone.
On the 3 hour drive to Cairo, we were not offered a break, to use the restroom.
The tour may be positive if it originated in Cairo,
The 5 other people, I was traveling with, felt the exact same way. This tour was not good value.
Unfortunately, my experience was negative. I would not recommend this company, nor would I rebook.
