10/10 I recommend - This was my first time traveling outside of North America and my husband and I concluded my Asia and Africa trip with a few days in Egypt. Booking and organizing with IEgypt was very easy months in advance - it seemed like they knew exactly what we wanted! Immediately upon arrival, Eslam, our driver, met with us at the airport, helped us with our bags, brought us to dinner and dropped us at our hotel. He was very caring and attentive to our needs, preferences and comfort. The next day, Eslam was on time for our pick up and took us to the Step Pyramids, Ounas Pyramids and Giza Plateau. Our tour guide, Ghada, was amazing and sweet as well! She was very attentive to our needs and wants, including dietary preferences. It was a joy spending time with her, as we explored pyramids, mosques, markets and more. She even brought me a gift of turkish coffee because I enjoyed it so much. Overall, we felt very safe with our drivers and tour guides and I would absolutely book with IEgypt again in the future. I highly recommend them and I had absolutely no problems. We particularly loved Eslam because of how cool, down to Earth, communicative, punctual and caring he was. In terms of our hotel, we stayed at Sahara Pyramids Inn and it was VERY affordable, clean and exactly what we needed for a quick trip. Because of IEgypt, we felt very safe in our transfers to and from the hotel. I highly suggest hiring the photographer too so you don’t have to worry about capturing the pyramids with your own device. Without IEgypt, we would have been completely lost in Egypt. I 100% recommend them and would tour with them again.

iEgypt can do more than just the pyramids - Egypt is better with a travel agency; that’s a fact! The logistics are just too complicated and iEgypt made my dream trip a reality with virtually no stress for me. I traveled for 7 days with them across Egypt and had the trip of a lifetime!

14 hours in Cairo - I had about a 14 hour layover in Egypt and found iEgypte on instagram. I only had a few days to plan what I was going to do but once I reached out, I had a full itinerary planned immediately. Once I arrived to the airport it was my own fault that I was too late (had to wait for travel accommodations), so unfortunately I was unable to complete some of my itinerary. However, the wonderful tour guides and staff still made sure my limited time was enjoyable. My tour guide Neyhad waited over an hour for me outside of the airport. He drove fast enough to make sure I was able to visit the Great Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx although I arrived too late to go inside. :( I was still able to get some amazing pictures by the pyramids from a nearby rooftop and the desert. The 2nd tour guide which was a woman was very informative and sweet. I felt safe at all times and was thankful for their company as a solo woman traveler. I had a camel ride with the most precious father/son duo who was also a phenomenal photographer! I visited the Egyptian Papyrus Museum, went on a Nile River Cruise and was accompanied by another tour guide named Ahmed— who was super nice as well. After the cruise I was picked up by my next tour guide, Eslam. We visited Downtown Cairo and smoked shisha, Tahrir Square, Khan El Khalili Bazaar, and stopped at El Hamra St. Restaurant. He waited for me as I went to change and shower for my flight and also made sure I made it back to the airport safely. Although my trip was only 14 hours, I felt like I accomplished a lot and wouldn’t have been able to do it without iEgypt. I will definitely be back.

Two day tours in Cairo full of incredible impressions - These were two really great day tours in Cairo. The first day we went to the pyramids in Giza and then to Saqqara. The second day we went to the citadel, the museum and the bazaar. We were able to clarify all the important points in advance via WhatsApp. We also said that we would like to skip certain points and instead have more time at the respective sights. The response to our requests for time for pick-up at the hotel was also very flexible. We would particularly like to emphasize that we always felt in good hands. Both from our guide. She is such a warm and patient person, and from the owners, who were always in contact with us and also made an effort to ensure that, for example, the piece of jewelry I had made was delivered to the hotel on time. For our next stay in Egypt, we will turn to iEgypt again with confidence.

Amazing holiday to Egypt - I enjoyed a wonderful trip organised through iEgypt. I booked an overnight sleeper train Cairo to Aswan, 3 night Nile cruise and transfer from Luxor to Hurghada. IEgypt were able to put together a perfect itinerary meeting our requests. All of the guides they arranged were amazing, they were very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Egypt and made a memorable experience. All of the tours and transfers fitted seamlessly, we managed to pack so much into each day. To book the trip we paid a small deposit at booking and a representative from iEgypt met us at our hotel to collect the remaining balance in cash and give us our train tickets. We didn’t have a choice on which Nile cruise we were with and we found out who it was the day before. We were paired up with other iEgypt travellers for tours and transfers, it was lovely to connect with people from other parts of the world. Overall I am really happy with my trip, I will book with iEgypt when I return to Egypt in the future and recommend them to friends.

Amazing Experience - Mou & Joe were great at communicating prior to our arrival so that we knew what to expect before arriving in Egypt. Upon arrival, we were greeted with our amazing guide (Ghada) & the driver (sorry, forgot his name). They came along with us for the next two days as we toured all of Cairo. Throughout the trip, we could sense that they really loved what they were doing and wanted to leave us with a good impression of Egypt. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to visit.

Best 15 days ever! Will definitely be back and use these guys again! - Just arrived back to the US a few days ago from the most incredible 15 day solo trip to Egypt and Jordan! It’s hard to express just how amazing this trip was and that is all thanks to iEgypt! I cannot thank these guys enough for how incredible the whole experience was! Great communication and they were always there if I needed anything on my trip and always continued to check in on me regularly. I still can’t believe how smooth the whole trip went without a single issue or hiccup. It could not have gone any better! Pay was super easy with a small deposit at the start of trip confirmation and the rest in cash upon arrival. All of my drivers and guides were amazing! Huge shout out to Nehad who was my driver every time I was in Cairo. This guy was so awesome! Also, my guide Saleh in Luxor was so much fun to hang out with and see all the sites there with! It was nice to have someone that wasn’t just there spilling tons of facts to me but actually taking it all in and appreciating the beauty of it all with me. We got along so great! It was also great to hang out with Joe from iEgypt my last night in Cairo before I came back home! Such an awesome guy! As for my trip itinerary, it was packed! I’m one of those that can literally just go, go, go, especially in a new place. I wanted to see every possible thing I could, and boy did iEgypt deliver! Started my trip in Cairo in front of the Pyramids for New Years. Amazing! Hotel was in a perfect location with a great view and great staff! From there it was exploring the Pyramids of Giza and Saqqara, then down to Aswan for the Nile cruise with so many sites from Abu Simbel up to Luxor. Luxor was probably the highlight of my trip. The hot air balloon was incredible! Then Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, Deir El Medinia, Temple of Hatshepsut, Medinet Habu, Karnak and Luxor Temples. Such an amazing time! And my guide Saleh was outstanding! Really enjoyed hanging out with this guy! He even went with me the next morning to Dendera Temple and Temple of Abydos which was on the way to my next destination in Hurghada. If you are ever in Luxor, you must make the trip to these two temples! They were incredible! The colors that are still preserved after all these years were something else! You will not be disappointed! Hurghada was much needed after such a packed week. Had a couple days to relax and swim around the hotel in the Red Sea. Wasn’t sure how this would be being that it was the beginning of January, but the weather could not have been more perfect! The water was amazing! While I was there, I also did a quad bike safari trip into the desert for sunset that was about 3 hours long I think. This was soooo much fun and I met a great group of other travelers on the tour! Also did an all-day sailing trip on the Red Sea with tons of snorkeling and a stop at Orange Bay to chill and have some drinks. Met more great people on the tour and had such a great time! The snorkeling was incredible! So much marine life in this sea! From there it was back to Cairo to see more of the city I didn’t get to explore the first day. Didn’t get to spend as much time at the Egyptian Museum as I would have liked, but did make a point to see the handful of things on the top of my list there! Definitely spending more time there when I go back! Was also great to have Nehad for my driver again! From there, it was on to Amman Jordan, where I made my way down to Wadi Musa to spend a day/night at Petra. It was absolutely incredible there! I definitely recommend the back door entrance to Petra! I was unsure what this actually meant and if I was going to see all the main sites of Petra. Let me just say, I did, and then some! The hike at the start of the back door in the mountains had some of the most amazing views I have ever seen! I was with a small group for most of the way and as we made our way down the mountains, we came up on the Monastery first and followed the trail through all the main sites to the Treasury at the end! Was amazing to see this in person and to not have a huge crowd of people! This was another one I wanted to see more of and take some of the other side trails for other views, but because of time I was unable to, since I had to make my way down to Wadi Rum. Wadi Rum was such a treat to end my trip! Two days in the most incredible desert, under the most amazing starry skies and a 6 hour jeep tour that I will never forget! Another place I will definitely come back to! In my 3 days in Jordan, I met some of the most amazing and nicest people I have ever meet in my life! This whole entire trip was the most amazing experience and I cannot wait to go back! January was the perfect time to go. Everywhere I went, was not overly crowded and in some places, there was hardly anyone there! Not sure if this is normal for this time of year or due to the conflicts in neighboring countries. Which brings me to my last point. I felt 100% safe the entire time in both Egypt and Jordan. Not once did I ever fear anything or run into a situation that made me feel unsafe. Even my drivers and guides always made a point to make sure I was comfortable and secure in my surroundings. Couldn’t have had a better experience! If you are planning a trip to Egypt, book with iEgypt! You won’t regret it! I know I will definitely be back and definitely be using them again! Thank you guys again for the most amazing time! Cant wait to come back!
