Poor organisation in Sharm but made up for it in Cairo - Originally advised pick up was 4am but that ok we were given a new pick up 3.15am which was ok but to be honest we were at the airport too early. Once we picked up the other passengers we headed to the airport, the guide that picked up up advised us to go to the desk number and when we came back at night him and driver would take us all back to our hotels. When we got to security the airport security wanted a boarding pass or flight ticket ( we didn’t have any, we didn’t even have a flight number. After back and forward one of the other guides from your company came over and gave us gave us a laminated slip. We then proceeded to check in. When a customer pays a lot of money for something she except good level of service ( we got no details and poor service) After our time in Cairo we went back to Sharm El sheikh, chaos seems to be just here. Staff trying to organise transport after about 10 minutes move the customer over to car/bus park. Had to ask the younger boy if the two if we were to go in coach or mini bus and he says yes the bus. Just about to board the bus it was all change we were told to wait aside. It appears our transportation wasn’t there. Both the check and min bus left and we were standing there I ask the member of your team what was happening to be told yea man 5 minutes. After 20 minutes transport arrived, once we got to hotel there was an issue between minibus driver and security driver. We choose not to keep the other people on the bus waiting and walking from security check point back to our reception. Our checking and flight were good my expectations a little poor after the service in Sharm but it’s not all bad. We got off the plane and were met but Habib( who later became our guide) he organised everyone on flights transport and groups and got everyone on their way. We had a truly wonderful time in Cairo, Habib had excellent knowledge and really passionate about each place we visited and the Egyptian history. He keep his bargain and we got to see all organise and more. His attention to detail is amazing.
