Great Day to remember - Amazing day. Sherif was our guide who was very experienced and knowledgeable making the day very interesting and relaxing making sure we saw all the sights and artefacts yoh would want to on a trip like this. We had great food looking over the pyramids!! Couldnt recommend Sherif any more, a fantastic day I will remember forever. P.s hes also a great photographer too and knows all the best spots for photos

Perfect day exploring the pyramids, museum and sphinx. !! Must do. - We had an amazing day with Sherif, could not fault the service and his knowledge. We flew from Hurghada and everything was made really simple for us with excellent communication. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, enjoyed every minute and would do it again. You can tell Sherif is so passionate about what he does, the tour was engaging, interesting and lunch also lovely! Thanks so much Sherif. I’ll recommend this tour to everyone when I get home! Also forgot to mention, we didn’t expect to be just the two of us and Sherif. So excellent for the price all day

Superb service from hotel pick up to hotel drop off - Me and my wife went on 2 day trips , went to Cairo to see the pyramids and Luxor to see the valley of the kings by plane from sharm el sheikh, Both trips were fantastic and tour guides on both were excellent , they are long days but superb . A great experience - We had a great day the whole tour was a great experience. We were picked up by a driver and taken to airport and taken through checking etc. at Cairo we were meet by Sherif and taken to our car and driver and car for the day. we then headed to the museum by then we had become friends with Sherif. He took us around the explained the history etc in great detail. It was done at our pace which was great. We when went on a short boat trip on the nile. We hen went on to the pyramids of giza where Sherif explained about access to the pyramids etc. Sherif was great he took all our pictures for us which we loved and now have some great memories. Note they will only take card payment if you want to go inside the other pyramid's. We then went to the sphinx and had some great pictures taken by sherif. The restaurant for lunch was good so we had time to relax. We did not do the writing and perfume and instead headed back to the airport. (this was our decision). Our flight was delayed so we were not sure if we needed to get a taxi back to the hotel. But our driver waited for us which was really good of him. All in all a great experience and Sherif was excellent and very helpful. Thank you again we will be using you for the luxor tour.

Amazing! A must when visiting Egypt - Me and my mum booked this before we left for Egypt. It was an amazing day and it was just us with our amazing guide Sherif. We didn’t get all of the details before we left the hotel (flight number), but our taxi drive informed us of the gate we needed, which then helped us navigate everything in the very early hours. Once we arrived Sherif welcomed us and was an amazing guide. He wasn’t pushy at all and made the day very fun. There was lots of laughter and lots of pictures to remember him and the day by. Sherif knowledge of specific exaction/displays at the museum was amazing. He also took us on a wind powered boat for our cruise on the Neil, which we definitely much preferred! The day was roughly 19 hours (and that was flying). So I’d say it’s for teens and older, as little ones might find it overwhelming/tiring.

Absolutely wonderful private tour - I really enjoyed our tour! It was just me and my sister, so we could go at our own pace. Our tour guide Sherif was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions we had! He also took us to spots that had amazing views for pictures and no other tourists. He was more than happy to take many many pictures of us, too. Overall would absolutely recommend this trip. Cairo is a must see while in Egypt.

Fantastic tour of Pyramids - Our tour guide Sherif was fantastic!! A great mixture of history and knowledge of the architecture. He was just wonderful, took pictures and told jokes! Highly recommended!! We were with our baby, and he was the most considerate and helpful to accommodate all our needs, he knew all bits and bobs how to navigate and have a smoother experience of magnificent pyramids. He speaks great English and communication was great. Sherif knew all the spots for the best photos and was well connected so everything ran smoothly. Honestly having a good tour guide makes a big difference.

Tour guide Sharif is unforgettable. Wouldn't go anywhere else. - We booked the Sharm Club again for our second trip to the Pyramids and Cairo. We requested that Sharif be our tour guide. He was our tour guide when we first stayed in Sharm El Sheik in 2012 and took our first trip to Cairo. He was amazing back then and didn't disappoint. We booked a private tour with him and it was SO worth the money. He met us in Cairo airport and showed us to our private mini bus. He was just as animated as we remember. He was brilliant. So knowledgeable, funny and was always concerned in case we were too hot, stopping and getting us cold water when needed. When we were there the last time, he had ice cold water stored in the bus for after the Pyramids. One thing that stuck in our head from our first time was a lady felt faint at the pyramids and went to the first aid shelter. Sharif ran all the way to to bus which was parked around at the back of the pyramids and up the hill, just to get the driver to come down to pick up the lady. His care for the people on our tour was quite something. We all loved how excited he got about telling us the history of Egypt and he knew where to get all the best pics. He was unforgettable then in 2012 and he was unforgettable this year. An all round great guy and outstanding tour guide. We wouldn't go anywhere else for a tour guide. Well after all, we did still remember him after 20 years. The booking of all of our tours was done very easily. Thankfully our hotel, the Rixos Premium Seagate, let the booking guy in to meet us. Some don't. We also booked a day trip to Luxor, Snorkelling in Ras Mohammad, and a quad bike trip into the desert. We could not recommend the Sharm Club more highly. We were a party of 7 adults. Travelled to Sharm El Sheik July 18th - Aug 1st 2023.

Amazing day at pyramids with Sherrif as tour guide - Was an amazing day out which was helped by having Sherrif as our guide He met us at the airport and he ensured our day was fulfilling….having 2 teenagers in tow was no problem as Sherrif ensured everyone was engaged Would highly recommend the trip and ask for Sherrif to be your guide

Avoid at all costs!!!! Completely incompetent Company - I booked a once in a lifetime Trip for my sons 21st Birthday and can only say the whole holiday was ruined by Sharm club. We were due to fly to Luxor on Saturday the 28th of October, the day before the Luxor trip I received a message from Sharm Club to say that unfortunately the flight had been cancelled. Without first consulting with myself I was informed that they had swapped our booked trip to Cairo on the 2nd October and we would then go to Luxor on this date instead. I asked for timings for the following day and received a message along with our electronic boarding passes. I was advised we were being picked up at 07.30 Hrs and our flight was 09.30 Hrs Sharm - Cairo. The original itinerary was a 06.00 flight and the first visit should have started at 09.00 Hrs at the Egyptian museum The 09.30 Hrs flight was delayed by an hour so we never arrived to the museum until 12.30 Hrs. We had an hour in the museum then onto a Half hour Nile boat ride, from there we were transported to Giza arriving at the Pyramid complex at 14.57 Hrs. We then received a rushed tour of the Great pyramid which we did at least get a chance to go inside the great chamber, from there we were literally dragged toward the Sphinx stopping for a few rushed photographs. We did not get the opportunity to even come close to the other Pyramids and were then directed from the Sphinx to the restaurant across the road for the Lunch that was originally planned for 12.00 Hrs, we had not had anything to eat since the airport in the morning and sat down to our meal at 16.20 hrs. In total 1hr 20 mins at the pyramids then straight to the airport for a flight that was booked an hour earlier returning to Sharm from what was originally booked in April 2024. Obviously on our return to the hotel I was very angry as well as very disappointed. The following day I contacted Sharm club to discuss my concerns, I was basically advised it was not their fault the flight was delayed, as I explained we should have been on the first flight to Cairo that morning, I was informed that this was not available at the time of booking. I contacted EgyptAir and they have informed me the flight was available and had ample seats available. I also spoke to Sharm club and asked why if they could not get us on the earlier flight on the Saturday then why did they not first check to see if another date would have be preferably as they do daily trips to Cairo, they informed me they made the decision for us as they felt we would still have the full "Experience", four hours cut short off the booked trip and that wasn't including the hours delay???? As per the start of this review, we were informed Luxor flight had been cancelled hence the change, I contacted Sharm Club to find out when they were made aware of this cancellation, I was informed that they only found out on the 27th September, however our flight tickets to Cairo were issued on the 25th of September, two days prior to them being made aware of said cancelled flight, I have asked the question as to why these tickets were issued on that date but they have ignored the question. I again contacted them on the 29th of September to confirm the Luxor flights had in fact been confirmed for the 2nd of October, I was informed they were and I would be sent the details on Tuesday 1st at 14.00 Hrs, as promised and at the exact time I then received a message apologising that unfortunately due to an airline error our names were not on the flight schedule so basically our trip to Luxor would not happen and they would refund the money, if I was not already suspicious of their professionalism as a tour operator this just clarified my suspicions of their incompetency! So less than half a tour of Cairo and now two days before our return to Scotland we did not get to go to the valley of the kings. I have spent over two weeks trying to get a plausible explanation for this horrendous service, they have tried to lie about the time spent in Cairo providing a fabricated list of timings, however I provided time stamped photographs and receipt for admission to the great pyramid purchased at the ticket office disproving this. I have finally received 25 percent compensation of the Cost of the Cairo trip to reflect the horrible experience which I found to be totally insulting, they have ignored my request for compensation in regard to Luxor being "Cancelled" they did offer a complimentary boat trip, Sharm city tour or airport transfer but all of these were already booked through the main travel company. In summery, from booking the Trips in April and with a very basic email receipt confirming my booking and remainder of balance must be handed in cash I was sceptical that they were a reputable company but went on the fact there are so many great reviews submitted on trip advisor. What should have been an amazing experience was ruined completely by Sharm Club and I do not want other people to have their trips ruined. Only positive comment I can make that confirms other reviews is that Sherif was an amazing guide, it is just unfortunate we did not get the full day with him that we paid for. All information has been documented including the route we were taken at the pyramids if anyone would like to see what they referred to as having provided us with the full "Experience"
