Spoiled by smiles and snacks! - We were greeted at the airport with cold water and friendly smiles! Our guide Lobna was very knowledgable and gave us ample free time. She spoiled us with snacks and showed us an excellent koshary restaurant! She was the best!

Great 1 day tour of Egypt - We had a great tour with Hussam. He picked us up on time and was flexible with the rearranging the order we wanted to see the attractions. He is also very knowledgeable and was an excellent tour guide and very friendly. Thank you Hussam for the great tour!

Perfect execution! - From the initial coordination to the execution GEM explore always exceeds my expectations. Our tour guide Nagwan and Ossama our driver were attentive to every detail. Nagwan knowledge was exceptional. We will definitely plan our next trip with GEM explore.

The Best Egyptian Trip - Menna was amazing! She tell us everything that we wanted to know. She answer every question that we had about the ancient and modern Egypt. And make us so comfortable! No words for that girl. Our driver also great guy he protect us help us with everything and he made all the stops that we asked. You did a great choice with this staff! Bravo!

Enjoyable full day tour - The tour guide Amany(阿敏）is nice and enthusiastic. She helps me arrange the itinerary and takes wonderful pics. Also she’s learning Chinese! She helps me avoid from the frauds outside the pyramids and find a good camel ride with a reasonable price. Many thanks and the trip is worth trusting.

Amazing and enjoyable experience in Cairo - Gem Explore Egypt - We had an amazing experience and memorable moments with this package tour with Gem Explore Egypt. Smooth communication and transparent transaction with Mr. Maged, owner. No hidden cost and the tour was done as stated, from hotel pick up/drop off, touring the sites, and tasty mix grill lunch at local restaurant. Brother Ali our tour guide was excellent in explaining the details & information about the sites we visited. He always reminded us the safety protocols and helpful to avoid unnecessary and annoying vendors. Car is nice and comfortable and Omar our driver always drives safe, considering the chaotic traffic in Cairo. In addition to the pyramids package, we also arrange with the agency the airport pickup as we arrived at 3am, and it was a safe and smooth process all the way to the hotel. As we are very satisfied with the services, we also booked the nile river dinner cruise, and had an enjoyable evening aboard the Nile Crystal Turquoise, with our guide brother Ahmad who was very helpful and fun loving person, and ensure we have a great experience. 100% we recommend Gem Explore Egypt based in our personal experience.

Great tour!! Excellent guide and driver - I went on this tour as I had a long layover. I was met promptly by Osama and were joined by Wael the guide. I had a great visit to the pyramids as well as the Sphinx. Wael really was informative. After a nice lunch we went to the Cairo Museum where Wael pointed out the highlights. The King Tut display was worth the trip.

Amany and Amir were amazing! - 10/10 review for both Amany and Amir.
This was our first trip to Cairo and we had the most amazing guides. The transport was super smooth, fantastic English and felt safe.
What we did not expect was Amanys fantastic photography skills, we got the most special pictures from our trip - thank you so much!

Fast-paced half-day (not full-day) guided highlights visit through Giza and Cairo - TL;DR
What I would call "half day" (not full day) tour included most of the things in the description, but not everything. Highly recommended for folks, who only have limited time in Cairo (we had only one day).
DETAILS
* We did visit the site of the Pyramids of Giza and Great Sphynx and looked at them from the outside. Despite the description, Abdul, the guide, has informed us that entering inside the pyramids is no longer being offered. There we also had a camel ride.
* Local lunch was OK, but nothing in comparison to the great food we've had at our 5-star Rixos hotel
* The visit to Egyptian Museum was great, but like everything in the tour took half the time in the description
* We've also been taken to papyrus and essence "museums", which were actually shops with the salespeople pushing their respective goods after short demonstration
* Since our hotel was far from the market, the guide suggested skipping the visit there, which we complied with since we were tired
* Abdul, the guide, was very knowledgeable, but lacked a spark, which could have made his tour more exciting and exhilarating
* The car we were in was comfortable, the driver was careful and we were able to leave our things in the car, when didn't need to take them with us on some tour stops
