Explore the Giza Pyramids (Cheops, Chephren, and Mycerinus), observe the Sphinx, venture into the tombs and pyramids at Saqqara, tour Egypt’s inaugural capital, Memphis and marvel at the exhibits of its museum, and the Egyptian Antiquities Museum which houses the finest collection of the grand ancient Egyptian civilization. Proceed to experience the Citadel of Saladin, a splendid specimen of Islamic military fortification, the Alabaster Mosque, a superb example of Ottoman religious architecture in Egypt, the Hanging Church, known for its art and architecture and being among the world’s oldest churches, and Ben Ezra Synagogue.
