Unfortunately, the lack of coordination and attention on the part of the organizing team was evident from the beginning and led to a number of problems that made this an entirely unsatisfactory experience. **Lack of coordination** From the outset, it became clear that the organization was not well structured. The information provided on the place and time of the meeting was confusing and contradictory. Those who managed to contact someone reported vague and unhelpful responses. When we finally got to the right place, we found that none of the necessary facilities or materials were available. The organizers simply apologized and promised refunds, which to date, many of us are still waiting for. **Conclusion** In short, this activity was a clear example of how an event should not be organized. Lack of coordination and attention, coupled with dishonesty in carrying out the activities for which it was charged, made this a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering participating in organized activities to think twice and look for more reliable alternatives.
