- The raft/boat capacity is 6 people with 1 rafting guide.
- If you book rafting with less than 6 people, you will be combined with other participants.
- Minimum age that allowed to do this adventure is 7 years (insurance cover 7yo - 65yo).
- If you have a 5th or 6th year old child, you can join, but you have to fill out a form that you are willing not to be covered by insurance if a disaster occurs.
- (ATV)Solo means all will be a rider on quad bike with minimum age of 16 years.
- ATV) Tandem means 1 as Driver and 1 as Passenger - Two people in One Quad Bike.
- (ATV)Tandem also must be book in multiples of 2, e.g: 2, 4, 6, 8 travelers
- (ATV) Children from age 5-16 years must have an adult present - passenger tandem ride.
- (ATV) The quad bike rides will be around 1,5 hrs and river rafting will be around 2 hours
- Drop off will be at original pickup point.
- There are 2 rafting sessions on the schedule are Morning Trip starting at 10.00 am and Afternoon Trip starting at 12.30 pm.

Great experience - Great experience to discover the jungle. It’s a good idea to cool off and at the same time discover the beautiful Balinese landscape. However, be careful , great stairs are at the rendezvous.
We left with the DK guide who was great. Very nice and who taught us on some subjects.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish 🤩 - What an amazing experience this was, I can’t recommend it enough.
We had watched the rafts down below in the river from our hotel and it looked and sounded so much, boy we were not disappointed.
It’s a bit of a trek down to the river but worth every step. We were given a safety briefing prior to boarding the raft and then once we were on board and on our way it was fun, magical and breathtaking all the way.
Our guide was so much fun and a very able oarsmen and I only hope you have the sme guy. There was lots of banter between us and the other rafts and much splashing each other at every opportunity.
We stopped at a lovely waterfall for pictures and then stopped again for drinks along the route before arriving at our final destination and a short but steep climb up the hill for our lunch.

Rafting at Bintang Rafting an absolute must!! - This is an activity you simply cannot skip when you are in Bali. The total duration of the rafting takes about two hours and ends with a delicious lunch. The guidance during the rafting is great and the staff gives a lot of useful information and good instructions. Our daughters aged 11 and 13 thought this was a fantastic getaway, and we ourselves really enjoyed the rafting and the beautiful natural beauty.
Note that you should have something of fitness and not bad knees as you have to make a descent of steps at the start of the rafting before you arrive at the river. At the end of the rafting. you also have to walk up stone stairs, a little shorter but keep this in mind.

The best experience first time rafting! Thanks to Mon - This was so much fun for my first time rafting ! I laughed start to finish. I did this activity solo- but my group were amazing. Our guide “Mon” I hope I have remembered that right was truly special. He made the experience for me. We were given the chance to stop on the way round and grab a drink and have opportunities to take pictures. Mon also looked after my phone the way round which I was very appreciative of. I would highly recommend Bali Bintang rafting. I loved every second of it!

Great first rafting for beginners. Just enough rapids also safe. Super guide. Price included private driver pickup. - Perfect rafting experience for beginners. We were a family of 5 in one raft with a great guide. Rafting around 2 hrs with stop along way.

Rafting fund in Ayung river - Our plan coming into Bali was to do the Telaga Waja one, but due to lack of time shopping and booking for one, we ended up going to the Ayung one. We went with Bali Bintang Rafting. We were glad we went to the Ayung river one since this was more fun than adventurous, and in hindsight, perhaps suited our profile better. This was a 11 km ride for about 2-2.5 h ending with a lunch buffet. Along the way, there was a waterfall stop where we could get down and wet. There were also a couple of spots for swimming, if we choose to. We were lucky to get a very dynamic guide, Kadek, and also an equally energetic raft partner (Yanik from Canada - hope you are seeing this!), which made all the difference, I think. We had a blast during the entire ride, and never wanted it to end. It is true though that this does involve a steep set of stairs both ways. Also, due to the low water levels, the boat did get stuck in the rocks at a few places, but we considered it all part of the experience.

Fun rafting trip, but 8am start time is incorrect! - The overall experience was great, BUT the start time Viator gives is inaccurate!! We showed up at 8am per the Viator information and were told they did not even open until 9 and our trip would start at 9:30am.

Simple activity for beginners - The Ubud rafting experience is an entertaining activity, with beautiful views along the river. As a rafting activity, it is quite simple, with easy quicks and little physical effort, as you only have to paddle at specific times. For those looking for something more challenging, it can feel more like a river walk, and in some areas the water is so low that the raft even gets stuck in the stones.
The organization could be improved; although we were assigned a guide, we were in a large group, and the instructions were somewhat confusing until the last moment, when we finally knew which boat we were on. We were six people plus the guide on the raft. At the end of the activity, a simple buffet is offered but with nice views of the rice paddies, which was nice. I recommend paying in cash, as a fee applies when paying by card.

Halfway drinks SCAM - Be careful of their Scam. Half way through the rafting tour the guide will stop the raft for a break on the side of the river. Even if you don’t want to stop. They will provide you with a choice of drinks and foods. This is not part of the tour. This is a Scam. Don’t stop and carry on. They will over charge you when you get back to reception. Not just for your drinks and food but also your guides food and drinks.

SCAM - We were a family of 3 members. Our "reliable" driver took us to Bintang rafting and as soon as we arrived we were welcomed by one of the girls at the front desk and offered one choice of 1,200k IDR per person . Our so called reliable driver told her to give us a discount and the price went down to 900k IDR each for a family package.
Little did we know that we were scammed until we asked someone who took the same package and was on another raft infront of us for 300k IDR each.Daily robbery and SCAM.
When asked the front office about the descrepancy the reason given was because we took the family pack. May I remind you that that was the only choice.... take it or leave it.
Our driver Adi was indeed involved in this SCAM.
Please avoid and not recommended.
