- Siap Sambal Matah or Tuna Sambal Matah - Pan seared marinated chicken breast or tuna fish with coriander seed. Top with sambal matah, and dice cucumber and tomato.
- Sate Lilit - Minced chicken/tuna fish fillet mixed with Balinese paste, grated coconut, wrap it around the bamboo served with steamed rice.
- Pisang Rai - Boiled banana with flour dough…
