Best tubing ever! - It was so much fun and the guides were great! Coolest tubing experience ever!! Just wish there was more food at the end.

Great adventure in pristine environment - Our group of 5, aged from 15 to 52, absolutely loved the canyon tubing adventure. It was actually the highlight of our trip to Bali. We had so many laughs, and the scenery was simply breathtaking: a pristine rainforested gorge stretching about 50 metres above us, with crystal clear river water from a mountain spring. The guides were incredibly helpful, the safety briefing was excellent, and we felt 100% safe at all times. I highly recommend this experience to both get deep into the natural environment and have a great time. The hot buffet lunch provided was also delicious.

Excellent Experience! - This was a treat for my son’s birthday. Email experience was top notch. Prompt and informative. Driver who picked us up was not familiar w the roads and asked us how to get there! Minor glitch! The team at Bali Quad were helpful and professional. We were taken by ATV which thrilled my son, to the zipline which was included in the package. Out first time but the guides were very caring and assured us. After the zipline was the tubing. It was me and my son and we had two guides Made and Wayan. They were superb!!! We absolutely enjoyed the whole experience and would not hesitate recommending them! The lunch was ok, if the food was better, it would have been really excellent!!!

Amazing tubing! - This tour really exceeded our expectations! Booking was really easy through Baliquad.com, only 2 days in advance. the staff is great communicating by email and whatsapp. Pick up from Ubud was on time and the (~1hr) drive was good. We were received with some coffee and cake plus an introduction/safety video and signing of forms. We quickly got changed and left out things in a locker. We started by riding quads (driven by staff) to the tubing site (a couple of kilometers with an off-road part, but nothing crazy). We kicked off with the zipline, which is a single line which ends right at the beggining of the tubing. The tubing is in an amazing canyon-river, and is rather long, with some calm parts and some small rapids. Each person in the group was accompanied by 1 guide all the way to the end, and they made sure everyone was safe all the time. Quads were waiting at the end to bring us back to the Bali quad HQ, where we stopped for showers and a nice lunch before being taken back to our hotel. Total time 3 hours at site + 2 hours transport both ways from Ubud.

Good Family Day Out - Staff were fantastic, shower facilities and towels were not great, food was delicious for adults in our families however advertised as ‘buffet’ was not correct as was table service and the food was much to spicey and no a child friendly option

Great experience, but transfer disastrous - The first we booked a transfer from Kuta, the driver, Koman thinks was called, on the way out he built an accident with a motorcyclist, the side mirror from the car was broken afterwards , that I would have seen without a driver's license that doesn't fit to overtake there . On the way back then, the driver almost fell asleep while driving and always drove very strongly in the opposite lane, was also flashed a few times, frankly we felt really uncomfortable driving with that, the ride was almost 3 hours long. The driver also told me that he was drinking with a friend the night before and barely slept. I can't do what drivers are sent. The tubing was then a really great experience, it was really fun. The tubing guides were attentive and always there when you got stuck or fell out of the boat. At the beginning I had a boat where a loop was missing at the front, then one was missing at the back, after I fell out 2 times, it was always made sure that each participant gets a boat with full loops. Problem during the tour a strong thunderstorm moved over and the tour went on anyway, thunderstorm and water actually not recommended, if you addressed the guides it said, everything is fine, I can not assess that as a layman but some clarification would be good there. After the tour there was a lunch which was really delicious you have to say.
