Ghent Boat Trip - Charles was a great host, although, some of the interpretations were different for the Dutch speakers 😉

Ghent from the water - Cozy, no hard stuff. Enjoy boarding a nice canal boat Nice captain who informed us in a completely stubborn way about beautiful Ghent. Just a must if you want to get to know Ghent.

Do it. - Very informative and humourous. We went on one of the covered barges because the weather is cold with the potential for rain. I would certainly recommend it, good value at my seniors rate of 9€.

Nice experience - Beautiful river cruise with views of Ghent from different perspectives. The driver's comment was really good with excellent and understandable English. Before departure he also provided us with a brochure with explanations in Italian. A bit of waiting and chaos for boarding given the many people, but an interesting experience. The only drawback is that they waited an hour for a covered boat, as suggested at the ticket office, but never arrived.... So don't take into account what they tell you.

A very nice way to see Ghent! - Very nice trip. Friendly captain who immediately asks which languages are necessary for the explanation. He gave very nice insights about the city and its history and from the water you still have a different view of the city than walking. For the money definitely recommended!

Nice! - Nice trip for the price. Very long. It was 2 degrees and they had doilies on the boat. Nice stories too! I don't really understand the 1 star, because it was clearly asked which language etc. Thanks for a nice afternoon!

A must do! - I would really recommend doing this boat tour when in Ghent. The tour guide will cover most languages and give a great in-depth explanation of the history of the sites that is easily understandable and informative. Very comfortable and reasonably priced. A must do.

Nice walk through the canals of the old town. - The boat ride is quite interesting as the captain tells a lot about the history of that old part of the city, seen from another angle, now sailing through the canals. The 45min walk cost 10 euros per person. It's very worth it.

Nice boat tour - Nice boat tour. Don’t go far and some tours do have more depth and detail but honestly worth it for the view of Gravensteen castle! A new experience and length about right for a cold December. Think its great they still run in December as some activities don’t.
