Highly recommended! Great tour! - This was an excellent day put and a great way to see Ghent and Bruges if you are staying in Brussels. The day was well organised and our guide, Sergio, was excellent! He was engaging and friendly, and really made the trip a great experience. He was also very knowledgeable, and gave good recommendations of things to do with our free time in Ghent and Bruges, as well as making some suggestions of things to do in Brussels. The day was paced well with a good amount of free time so that you could choose which parts of the two cities you wanted to explore in more detail. The coach was comfortable and the day ran to time. We went on the optional boat ride in Bruges which was excellent, and a really nice, relaxing way to see the city. I would highly recommend this tour! Thank you so much to Sergio, and to our driver, Philippe, fir making it such a fun and memorable experience.

Wonderful time - Stefan was an excellent host who was very passionate about the region and its extensive history. His wit and sense of humour, along with great recommendations and tips made the experience quite enjoyable.

The tour was nice but the... - The tour was nice but the timming too tide it would it be perfect with more time in ghante and brujas to enjoy..at least one hour more in both.

Rainy Morning in Bruges - It was lovely and very informative. The young man who did our tour(I’m sorry I can’t remember his name) was very personable and funny. We were in the group that had to stop for umbrellas in Bruges.

Bruge & Ghent were... - Bruge & Ghent were beautiful. Trip on bus was organized and clean. Tour guide was professional. The itinerary was very clear. The only downside was having to listen to the entire tour in English & French. During the walking tour, everything took twice as long and it was hot.

Tour was great, Veronica... - Tour was great, Veronica the tour guide was very knowledgeable and kept to the schedule. The timing of the stops was good. Really enjoyed the trip!

Just Average at Best! - This is a no frills tour, only thing included is transportation and a quick 1 hour guided tour in each town. After that you are left to your own in each town to do what you like. Some venues charge an entrance fee that is not included in the tour. Our tour guide was very informative and pleasant. Know that these tours are typically English, German and French speaking combined tours so plan on the tour guide talking non stop. It can wear on you after a while. Overall a pleasant tour.

Scam, don’t buy this tour. - This is a SCAM, do not book! I travel through Viator a lot and I always read every review and every detail of the experience before I purchase because I want to make sure I know what I am buying. I spent the time looking at a few options for this experience. There was one that was on a large bus and same exact itinerary but cost $57 a person. I didn’t purchase it because this one promised a small group of not more than 35 people and no infants. To my total shock, this provider sold me for $466 the same exact tour that cost $57 a person and I DID NOT purposely want to buy because of a large group. So every person on this bus paid $57 and knew they will be on a large bus with close to 100 people while I paid $230 a person for the same exact thing because this provider misrepresented what they were selling me. I have an elderly mother and was willing to pay an extra to make sure she is comfortable but ended up being scammed. They communicate through WhatsApp with a number located in United Arab Emirates and the actual tour company located in Brussels had no idea of this scam. It’s not simply reselling someone else’s service, it’s misguiding people into thinking they are buying something else and charging 4 times for it. This “Tours Travel” that sold me this scam had confirmed that they made misrepresentations and I have proof of that. They also apologized profusely and promised to make things right. And when I asked what that means, they offered me a very little refund in comparison with what I paid. Again, not only was I duped into overpaying, it then ruined my whole day. I knew immediately they lied about what I bought when I saw a bus with 75 people in it and an infant, so I spent the next 6 hours on WhatsApp and Viator chat with these scammers to figure out if I ended up on the wrong bus. When they confirmed I was on the bus they put me on with my elderly mom for $466 instead of $100 that others paid, they offered to make things right but of course didn’t and then told me to take it up directly with Viator. Please don’t get scammed by this listing, find the actual one from Brussels Tours in Viator for $57 because otherwise you are buying from a reseller that is defrauding you. Of course this will go to Viator and my credit card company but it’s a shame that I lost time, ruined a nice day with my mother and felt like I was mistreated by a scammer
