Enjoed the ability to get off at a couple of stops. - Had been to Genoa before but did not take this bus. This time the entire city was opened up to me. I say parts of Genoa that were so beautiful and different.

And go with the tour! - We discovered this way to visit and move around the city! Nice service, congratulations to the driver, turning around Genoa is not easy with 2 floors and 12 meters .. The price is justified for the 24h service and the explanations on the bus are exhaustive for the type of service. The tour takes about 50 minutes and if you have little time it is really ideal to see the main things. We will definitely adopt it on other cities too! Bravo bravo!

Worth doing - Great way to see the city and being divided into historic and coastal was ideal for being able to do a circuit, get some food then do the other. Minimal price difference between 24 & 48 hours made it worth while having extra time to go back and explore what seen from the bus.

Worst Hop-on-hop-off experience - I have traveled hop on hop off in other cities, and this was the most confusing experience with unhelpful staff. We were told everyone needed to exit at a stop, to await the next bus in 5 minutes. It was hot & we were in the direct sun in a dirty area. The next bus was full. The next bus transported us one stop and ended. It seemed that there were two tours - coast & historical, but they were the same tour. Staff were uninterested in helping us understand. Terrible experience

Bad service. Prefer money in your pocket than customer satisfaction. - Bad service. I bought the tickets at the exit from the cruise terminal. I warned the bus from a distance and ran out to avoid losing. In 5min I arrived at the point the bus that was already crowded. I had to wait. I stayed 45min waiting and nothing from the next bus. I looked at the company’s app and to my surprise they only have 3 buses on the red line and 1 on the blue line. I was on the red line. And the three buses were still on the way off the circuit. I decided to give up and went back to the harbor to try to cancel the ticket purchase with the seller who sold me. And to our surprise, she was no longer there. They sold more tickets than they can offer a good service and disappeared quickly. I contacted the company via WhatsApp and requested cancellation. And I got the absurd answer that they could not cancel because the points were not full and it was already 30min since I had bought the ticket and because I sent a photo of my ticket proving the purchase with the photo background having the floor of the ship (pq I went back to the ship to my cabin). I said I was going to make a review on TripAdvisor and even the link I was referred but return the money nothing. For them, money in their pocket is more important than customer satisfaction. Get out of this company. I'm not going on her bus ever again anywhere in the world.

You can do without it - I always use this service when I go to new cities. In Genoa I could have avoided it, very long waiting times, about an hour, useless staff, no assistance, and no checks, I got on and off several times, no ticket checks. I had to ask for the map and headphones because the two hostesses were talking to each other (too busy to say goodbye for the shift change) They would do well to make a single line, the two lines overlap for the most part.

Save your time and money and walk - In true Italian style, the ticketing was entertaining. I paid for 2 tickets at a booth at the railway station. I was given a brochure with a number hand written on it and was told that tickets would be given on the bus. We waited about 20 minutes under the correct sign, but of course the bus didn’t stop under that sign, it stopped nearby, at a different bus stop. All the waiting people ran over to it. Once on the bus, I showed the woman my brochure with the hand written number. She took it. I looked confused. She told me she would find me and give me my tickets later. I was impressed by her sincerity but now I had no map. Never mind. We had faith, sat down and a stop or two later the woman found us and gave me a strange little thermal printed docket which was, apparently two tickets. I made a mental note not to accidentally let it blow away. But what if wanted to ditch my companion because they wanted the aquarium and I wanted the fountain? Looks like our fate was to be joined by this one little curled up piece of thermal paper. We needed to make this marriage work. They could at least give you each a ticket made out of real, honest to goodness cardboard. A physical ticket for each ticket paid for should not be too much to ask. I wasn’t going to write a review, but the on board commentary invited me to. Be careful what you ask for. *** Added to review *** On our second day, after waiting 45-50 minutes for the "red" bus, we realised that we had wasted our money. There simply weren't enough buses. My advice would be not to use this service. Just walk. If you get tired use the money to get a taxi back to your accomodation and you'll come out ahead in both time and money.
