Amazing experience - Our tour guide, David, was an amazing guide. Just did the suspension bridge as the wind was really blowing and the temperature was in the negative degrees.

A must do. - David, our driver and guide was fabulous. He drove the coach safely up the mountain from Geneva providing information along the way. He stayed with the group along the Peak Walk and assisted all requests. It was magical at the Glacier and felt we were ontop of the world. Mulled wine up there was a lovely touch to warm up before heading back. It was an incredible experience and well worth the cost

Solo Travelling on Group Trip - I did this trip as a solo traveler who has just turned 19. The experience was unbelievable and the views are one of a kind. The tour guide was also amazing and extremely knowledgeable about the entire area and offered hot tea to the group after the Glacier 3000. Everything is planned out great and refunds and alternative trips are offered if the excursion cancelled as the weather is unpredictable. Must do as a Solo Traveller or Group Trip 10/10 :)

Poor communication and terrible customer service. - I opted to be picked up from my hotel for this trip. The night before I specifically checked the pick up time by going in to the section where it tells you the pick up details. It correctly told me the name of my hotel and a start time of 8.15. We were outside the hotel at 8am and the bus did not show up. At 8.20am I went back into the app and double checked the pick up times again. It said the same 8.15. At the bottom of this page there was a ‘contact support’ button so I selected that in order to contact Viator and see what had happened to the bus. It was only when I accessed the ‘contact support’ link that I saw I had received a message from Viator (hidden in the ‘contact support’ section) saying that pick up was at 7.40am. When I contacted Viator at 8.20am they said the fault was ours, they would not refund me and they would not add me to the same tour the next day. I had to raise a dispute with my credit card company and have received the £358 back via my credit card company for services not received. Clearly the Viator app (or possibly the staff that send out the individual pick up times) is at fault here. It makes no sense to hide important pick up information in a section called ‘contact support’ instead of in the actual ‘pick up details’ section. On top of this, Viator’s flat refusal to add me to the tour the next day was very poor. I’ve used Viator in the past with no problems but I won’t be rushing to use them again because of this issue

Irresponsible tour company - Booked for Glacier 3000 trip with all activities. It was unfortunately cancelled due to weather. They offered Chamonix trip as replacement but made me pay extra for mountain train. The place was amazing (must visit). We enjoyed the day thoroughly. But the keytours played a major role in running our day. They told to assemble at the bus stop at 5.15pm, we reached there by 5.13 pm. The bus was not there. They didn't even care to call us or inform about the next bus. I tried calling the office, no proper communication they hanged the call when enquired they told couldn't hear anything. I called 5 times then got frustrated being left in another country (France). Didn't know how to go to Geneva - then booked a Flixbus with help and paid extra € 50 to reach back. Later we went to the office and complained, the receptionist understood our side and asked us to email for refund. I did that but they told sorry we cannot refund anything. The worst tour company in my life.
