Very good with a suggestion. - We did enjoy the tour but there is one suggestion. We started with the mini-train around old town. Very good for an overview. When we ended this part of the tour we wanted to go on the bus tours as well. Couldn't see any place to do that so we asked the driver of the train. He told us the directions. However, the bus pick up point is NOT easy to find but we eventually did find it. Went on the two remaining segments (graders and nations) and enjoyed this as well. We do recommend these tours but you should, as an operator, have a common meeting point of all three tours. That would be very helpful so other people can readily use your service.

Not how I wanted to see Geneva - Terrible instructions. We went to the starting point sent to us only that’s not where the bus started. The mini-train was there but the driver didn’t recognize our tickets, however he finally let us on and it was a good tour. When we finally got to the bus, the audio was terrible and we got soaked sitting on the bus. I understand you can’t control the weather but we didn’t get wet on the mini-train. After many hop on/off tours in many places this was most disappointing.

Not worth the money. - so short. Not worth the money. You can see the city walking- no need for hop on and hop off. Nothing more to say about the hop on and hop off

This is not a hop on hop off. - This tour was just ok. It was inexpensive so maybe worth the money? It gave an idea of the city at least. I wouldn’t recommend it and wouldn’t likely do it again.

Very misleading - After wondering around the old town we decided to get the only non-bookable tour we could find in an attempt to learn more about the city. We did the old town and the international tours totalling approx 150 for a family of 4. This is NOT a hop on/off. There are a couple of stops for photos only. Someone could do with running a proper tour as this company dominates the market. I wouldn’t return to Geneva - incredibly rough, we were surprised what we encountered in just 2 days and certainly wouldn’t take kids out on foot after dusk.

Don’t do it! - Really bad experience. These are my reasons: 1. Should be a continuous loop (we actually turned the bus around during the tour) 2. Should start earlier than 11:30 am at the bus depot. 3. Very bad audio and little narration. 4. The driver’s English was very bad. 5. Not sure why they print a schedule on the brochure if they don’t stick to it. 6. mini train through downtown didn’t run at 12:30 (as per the brochure) so we missed that one as we were pressed for time. 7. It is not a hop on/hop off bus. They have 2 loops and they wait for you at each spot to rejoin the bus.

Bad / wasted time - The bus did not showed up nor stop. The exact indicated was confusing. We look for the bus office but not found. Requesting refund but was declined. If you did not refund it. I will not get your any service for my next travel .

Rude driver - The hop on, hop off tour bus from Gare routiere is incredibly disappointing. The tour guides need to ensure everyone knows how to use the equipment , they need to actually talk to the bus and they need to be polite !!! This is quite possibly the worst city tour we’ve taken thanks to an incredibly rude driver/guide who thought it was appropriate to tell customers off for being 30seconds late to the bus. I also cannot believe how fast the driver drove !!!! Terrible and would not recommend , get the audio of the city and walk/use public transport yourself.

The meeting point... - The meeting point description was not accurate. They ticket mentioned the street only. We went there and waited for long time and looked around for the meeting point but unfortunately didn't find the bus. When we asked for refund we simply got a reply from customer service that they can't offer a refund.
