A trilling ride up the mountainous road chock full of switchbacks and hairpin turns. Amazing views. - The trip to the top of the mountain provided unbelievable views of the fjord and the glaciers. We had a great guide but very rude driver Julian. He was screaming at passengers and family with a young child who got sick in the bus. Not acceptable behavior. The West Travels Company will need to educate their employees of proper work etiquette and advise families with young children to use lower level of the bus, not the upper deck to avoid motion sickness.

Breathtaking Views - This tour made it easy to see some of the most impressive views of our cruise while relaxing [or trying to as you worry about the bus tumbling down the side of the mountain :-) ] in a very comfortable bus. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the area and provided well timed information.

TOP Guide, beautiful places, layoff bus driver - Beautiful experience. Samuele, our Guide, was hyper helpful, answered all our questions, entertained us with stories about the magical places we visited. The only negative note: the bus driver was a disgusting person, in the manner of dealing with people and in the Guide. It was arrogant and rude. I hope they don't choose him anymore. Fortunately Samuel made up for it with his professionalism and tried to mediate. The other for me from dismissal in trunk.

Awesome views - I found our ride up to top of Mt. Dalsnibba very interesting. The views from the top were amazing. Loved seeing our ship far below us. Our tour guide was great! Wish I remembered her name. Gave us lots of info and was entertaining too. But found the trip up Eagle Road was a little too similar to other ascent. Wish tour had included something other than another viewpoint from a high.

Rude driver - Our driver was unbelievable rude, I’m going to send a detailed complain to Viator and his company. Anyone else who’s on the double decker bus (black and white bus with a moose plate on the windshield) on Aug 19 starting from 3:30pm?
