Good fun and good value - You travel in an open small boat along the main canals of Gdansk with a driver and a guide providing the commentary. It was good fun and informative. We did get stuck behind a lock gate for 20 mins or so but it added to the entertainment. Boat is open so will not be so good on a wet/windy/rainy day

Great tour and smooth sailing - Lively patter was pretty easy to understand. The skippers were dressed up for Halloween. Great way to relax and see the city in fresh air.

Great experience in the canal! - Great experience! Super cozy, long enough, lots to look at. Our guide was great. It was a bit difficult to find the meeting place, felt like GPS showed errors when you left town and started walking out towards the industrial area. But easily worth the walk 😊

Must-do, beautiful tour of Gdansk. - This is a must-do tour in Gdansk if you would like to get an overview of the geography of the city. Our guide was lively and animated and made the various buildings we passed come alive with his interesting stories. We were blessed with excellent weather which was particularly wonderful as the traditional Polish boat we were in was open. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Good guide - Lovely boat trip with a lot of good history conveyed in a meaningless and lively way - a guide with humor and commitment. A great way to experience the city and get some knowledge.

Great tour, great guide, informative and fun. - Fantastic and informative tour of central Gdansk on a very comfortable traditional boat. Both the driver and the guide were incredibly warm and welcoming and shared a lot of great knowledge of the history of Gdansk, its industry and buildings. The guide had a great sense of humour and very good English to keep us all very well informed and amused throughout the tour. We would highly recommend.

Not wowed - After reading the reviews for this tour we were expecting a better experience. Our guide had a speech impediment which made his English hard to understand, even for a native speaker. He tried to crack jokes which came out as a very dry or incomprehensible. He didn’t have much passion for what he was doing and you got the feeling he was going through the motions. Despite this being marked as an English language tour he still spoke in Polish aswell for a Polish couple which spoiled the flow of the commentary. The actual boat trip was relaxing and a relatively good way of seeing Gdansk from the water.

Not great - you’ll get more info crossing a bridge - After a bit of a trek to find the boat, it really was a very basic trip down the canal. No detail about most of the architecture apart from a few key buildings which any visitor would know. Lots of potential but not worth paying for this trip.
