Great Family Tour - Michael was great as a guide. Very patient explaining the Segway to our new users, and then had great information on the history and current state of Gdansk. We toured the solidarity locations in addition to the beautiful old town.

Five Stars all round! - Michał, our guide was fantastic. He communicated really well and confirmed everything on WhatsApp prior to the tour. He was knowledgeable and patient with my friend who was a first time rider. The Segways were clean and worked well with lovely chunky tyres that were ideal in the snow. Five stars all round!

Do IT! - It was an interesting and fun way to get around and get to know the city and learn its history. The guide was excellent and were deeply knowledgeable with perfect English.

Great fun to see about - This was a fantastic way to see to area. Good fun at the same time. Our guide was knowledgeable and informative. The place was easy to find just off the Main Street

(Seg)Way to Happiness :) - Absolutely incredible experience. Michal made us comfortable immediately and was a great (and patient) teacher as we got used to the Segways (which were easy to use). He took us to some fabulous sites and explained the history of each in great depth. He has a great wealth of knowledge and a superb memory for dates, and all was delivered with a smile and in an entertaining way. I could not recommend this experience highly enough. The lost fun I have ever had on a tour bar none!

Michal took our family of... - Michal took our family of 7 through the old city of Gdansk and historical information at the many stopping points of interest. There is no better way to see the city of Gdansk then using a segway, we were able to see so much more then on foot. And having Michal as the tour guide made it all that much more valuable.

Loved it!!! - My family LOVED our Segway tour! Our tour guide was patient as we learned how to ride and he was able to share so much interesting history of Gdańsk.

Great staff, terrible management - They simply forgot about it. Not available by phone, but 15 minutes after the booked tour some people of the company showed up. The staff was really friendly and helpful and did everything in their power to help us. But even for them it wasn't possible to reach somebody in the office. Eventually a guide was found, but it would take an hour for him to get to us. The staff offered to show us around, but told us that they were no guides so couldn't tell anything about the city. Again: Really great offer, but we declined since we could do that on our own. The staff then offered a refund which was quickly processed. I tip my hat to the friendly staff available, which is the only reason this review gets 2 in stead of zero.
