Brilliant day out ! - Very enjoyable, very reasonable cost, easy to park and locate. Lots to do, you can spend the whole day there, as there is so much to see and do. Staff helpful. I would highly recommend a visit :) :)

Fab day out - Wow this place was great. My little ones face when she walked in was a treat! Loved the little rides (although a few of the guns on the train ride need repairing!) and the 4d cinema was great! The staff were all really nice throughout the building including cafe staff (although our coffees weren't very hot). Well worth a visit. Great fun and fab lego structures

Place to go big time - It was summer hols so majorly busy. My grand daughter came too and has sensory issues. There’s so much going on and it’s noisy and flashing lights. There’s everything for every age - practically till 10yrs. Tons of place to build Lego, people explaining “how to”with Lego . Activities , 3 or 4 rides. Plenty place for all. The staff so helpful and friendly and there’s an area where the kids can ride on small bike like things and cosy coupe little cars on a mapped out roads area….. was good. The only thing that upset me was the toilets- even the disabled toilet should have been tended to more. They were a mess.

Good not great - Good but not amazing, not worth the £16.72 for adults for 2 hours!! Some nice Lego pieces. The kids weren’t overly impressed either.

Great day out - Fantastic place for family loads for children to do and play, only downside is seating area in cafe not much of it and people hogging the tables even though not eating or drinking. They just seem to be sat there while their children off playing leaving us who want to eat lunch with nowhere to sit. Toilets also need monitoring a little bit more. On the bright side grandchildren loved it.

Fun for younger children but would benefit from updating - We went as a family of 4, with my 4 and 6 year olds. They both enjoyed the trip, particularly the Ninjago City Adventure and the two rides. They appreciated all the little Lego touches like Lego-filled barriers. There was lots of Lego to play with and they loved the different car ramps to race down. The Lego Factory and Space Mission areas were disappointing. There was very little interaction in the Factory area and none at all in the Space Mission. They both need updating. Staff in general seemed disinterested. It's poor that the Summer of Play lanyards given to all children look similar to Hidden Disability Sunflower lanyards, which my son wears, as this really defeats the purpose of them. It would be better to use a different colour & design. Hidden Disability lanyards are mentioned on the website but one was not offered to my son and an alternative would not be understood by other members of the public. The social story on the website was helpful.
