Everything is awesome ! - Visited recently , great way to spend a couple of hours , the boys particularly liked building and racing their own cars on the various tracks , as a Dad I liked reading all the Lego facts !

Good place for hour while in Trafford - Good please to go for an hour whole visiting Trafford centre. Little soft play area and 4D cinema is nice. My daughter’s favourite part is VR (£5 for one ride). We visited many time. Not sure if it’s worth its price, as we are Merlin pass holders so it’s included. Coffee is really bad! Not sure why it says Costa, taste wasn’t even close.

Not long enough - Although grandson sort of enjoyed we thought the 2 hour time slot was not long enough. 3 would be so much better .after queuing for the ride, then we had paid for the vr and had to queue for that then the workshop experience which took an hour we had no time left for grandson to play with the Lego or watch the 4d movie .very disappointed..didn't even have time for a cuppa definitely won't return

Expensive 2 hours - Such a shame they limit you to 2 hours I spent £69 1 adult and 2 kids under 12 with the VR experience and activities pack and while it’s good there isn’t enough time to see everything before they are kicking you out, would I go again No I wouldn’t

You only get 2 hours - Do not go during the summer holidays or half term- you pay the same but only get 2 hours

Sensory overload and waste of money - The whole experience felt very stressful, it was very noisy and busy. Despite paying a lot of money I felt as though they were trying to extract more money through paying photos and workshops etc. We had to queue for around 20 min for the rides which really ate into our time.

Avoid - Avoid at all costs. Insanely overpriced, tiny, incredibly disappointing and expensive way to spend up to an hour. Go if you want your kid to be bored and if you enjoy remortgaging your house

Failed to mention that a child is required to enter despite letting you only book adult tickets. - We arrived at the front desk, after a very long journey to which the lady was very helpful and I don't blame her or Lego for this, but once we arrived we were asked if we had a child with us, which we did not and we were then told that we could not be allowed inside as it was only for parents and children which was not specified or made clear on the third party website Viator who we booked thro. And then to make it worse I tried multiple times to request a refund from Viator but was unable to as the page would refresh after only 10 seconds I am extremely annoyed and will never be booking through this site again. Again I don't blame Lego at all and fully understand that they have to put the safety of the child above all. However Viator on the other hand I expect a full refund at the very minimum even ignoring the cost of travel.

Adults shouldn't play with Legos! - My 24-year-old daughter and I wanted to visit. We didn't have any small children with us, so they wouldn't let us in... :(
