Offbeat fantastical chocolate tour! Good time for all ages. - This was my 2nd attempt at attending the Chocolatarium tour. The previous summer, I had a ticket and walked in the drizzling rain for about an hour, but apparently just walked right past it! So I had to call it since I was very late. No worries, since this year, I figured out exactly where I was headed and made it there early... on a sunny day no less! Huzzah! Overall a fantastic and informative experience. Even met a couple from the same region in Canada that I'm from on the tour (small world)! Our guide was fun and energetic, kept our attention! I enjoyed the tastings we had of various types of chocolate and was able to distinguish between them eventually. The kids and adults will have a good time and learn a lot. Making our own take-away chocolate bars was also a draw. The gift shop is an essential visit. Haggis or gorse flavoured chocolate, anyone? Surprisingly tasty!

A Great Time at the Chocolatarium of Edinburgh - The Chocolatarium in Edinburgh provides a fantastic combination of fun and education. You learn about chocolate while eating and making it. What can be better than that? The tour guide Suraya (I hope that is spelled correctly) is amazingly knowledgeable about chocolate, where it grows and how the amount of cacao in a chocolate alters its flavor. In short, the Chocolatarium is a great place to visit when in Edinburgh.

Perfect experience! - Such a good experience! Sandy the guide running things was so lovely and friendly, and the chocolate making tour itself was really interesting. The tasting at the end was definitely a highlight and I went away with so many new flavours to try! Perfect little treat for the end of our trip :)

Had the sweetest time with my girlfriends at The Chocolatarium! 💕 - We got hands-on making our own chocolate, learned all about where chocolate comes from, and even did a tasting of different types from around the world. 😍 Our guide was excellent! From rich darks to creamy milk chocolate, it was a full sensory experience — laughter, learning, and lots of indulgence! Highly recommend it for a fun and delicious day out. 🍬✨

Not to be missed for all ages young and old - Absolutely loved our time here and will be making this a regular place to visit whenever we're in Edinburgh! It is great value for money and the information you receive to learn about chocolate is so interesting and well presented. The staff were wonderful and managed to squeeze us onto a tour for the same day. Would recommend booking in advance online for guaranteed tickets since we had to wait a few hours for the next available time but when we arrived at the specified time for the tour, we only waited around 10 minutes before being shown in. Our tour guide Mackenzie was fantastic and we felt in safe and funny hands with him. Not only was he very personable and professional, but he was friendly, knowledgeable and hilarious and we really appreciated his jokes as fellow Brits. One of our party was celebrating a big birthday and the staff here were amazing and did everything they could to make the experience special. The chocolate was delicious as well! Thank you all so much for such a fantastic 90 minutes!

A great familyexperience - Coco was amazing. She did a great job telling us all about chokolate. The kids (age 10 and 12) had a great time, both teaching, tasting and making their own chokolate.
