Stellar guide. - Excellent tour guide. Very informative and interesting with a dash of humor thrown in. We also liked the audio segment.

A fabulous story told by brilliant people !!! - My son and I visited Greenwich yesterday (April 15) and we having nothing but praise for the staff and the institution! The Planetarium Show was presented by "Josh" who managed to explain the wonders of the Universe in such a way that all those in the Auditorium could understand the wonder of what goes on above our heads! We encountered a small problem with our tickets (my fault) but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the staff with special thanks to Graham and Dave. We are not all stargazers but this is a fabulous way to start your journey - as Buzz Lightyear would say "to infinity and beyond" Once again, thanks guys!!!!! Steve D

Brilliant - We came today with the sole intention of seeing the show, because we missed it last time because we failed to book early enough. We had the Tonights Sky tour, and it was fantastic. The close ups of mars, Jupiter and the moon were breathtaking. The north star and the consultations were done beautifully. I was have preferred a more in-depth show, but understand the need for balance. The man who took the tour was amazing. Humours and the voice was so calming, he should be releasing audiobooks!

Interesting visit - Brace yourself for the hill you have to climb, once you are up there's lovely staff around to direct you, a lovely cafe for a beverage, free exhibitions and someone to explain everything in the Planetarium. I had a great time, amazing views too. Had I known it was like that I would've got there earlier. Our planet is beautiful and enriching.

Great view - It's up a very steep hill, the view looking out to London from the top is fantastic, they planetarium is really good however I think it should be a little bit longer for what you pay

The show was good but the seating arrangements were not , be sure to get there early to fight for a seat as we were scattered. - The show was good but seating arrangements were not be sure to get there early to fight for a seat as we were scattered, it would have been nice to have been able to sit with my children.

Poor show. Poor experience overall. Costly for what it is. - Booked a family trip to the planetarium to see the 'Audio Universe Tour of the Solar System' on the last day of 2024. Having seen the Planetarium show many years ago at Madame Tussauds, London (which was amazing and incredibly memorable) - I was expecting big things. This was the children's first trip to the planetarium and we were all equally excited. Regrettably, the show was a big disappointment - what felt like 15 mins of the 30 min show was spent visually on the 'ground' in front of a building as some sort of explanation was going on about 'take off'/ sound checks etc. When eventually we reached the 'solar system' - instead of travelling from one planet to another - it felt rushed - the planets just appeared before the screen; much as it would do so if you were watching a documentary on TV. The sound portion of the show was equally underwhelming - the children did not enjoy the show, a rather forgettable experience. I certainly felt the £50+ spent for the family could have been put to better use elsewhere for a more memorable experience. I wanted to love this experience, but honestly feel I cannot recommend it.
