Top Level Team Event – Rob was a Legend! Go Team Google Cloud - The team and I had a great time at The Crystal Maze. We went with some colleagues who had been before (after many quarters of asking!), and they still had a fantastic experience—mainly because there were different games they got to try this time around.
The games are a great mix of challenging but not too hard, and they really capture the atmosphere of the original game show. It didn't feel too busy; honestly, it felt like we had the place all to ourselves based on how they separated the groups.
I would recommend this for essentially any group or family (as long as everyone is over 12). Our host, Rob, had top-level energy and input. He really made the experience special, and I am mainly leaving this review because of his great attitude.
Our team beat our other two groups of 6 (we had 18 people total and they handled it perfectly), and the experience felt well worth the money. Would 100% go back. Go team [Google Cloud]!

A perfect family bonding day with fun and laughter - From start to finish it was such fun. Jacob our host was brilliant and made sure that everyone got involved and was so funny. Having watched Crystal Maze on TV so many years ago it was such a fantastic experience.

Awesome family fun - Abbie Wood was our experience leader. She played a great character, really good fun. Just like the TV show. Well worth it, highly recommended.

Brilliant and a must do - This was incredible. Initially i thought the cost of 8 of us was high but we had so much fun. And our lovely host was fabulous. She added so much to our experience. Definitely would do again

Relive your childhood - The Crystal maze itself was great fun, we ran around like kids. Considering we’re all in our late 50s and 60s it made us feel young again. Don’t buy the photos though. They are poor quality and expensive.

It's like stepping inside the TV Show! - What an amazing experience, we loved The Crystal Maze Live in London, it literally felt like we'd stepped into the TV Show!
Just like on the TV, there are 4 Zones with 8 games in each and as a team of 5 we played 3 games in each zone, winning Crystals as we went along and culminating with time in the iconic Crystal Dome at the end, which was brilliant!
Our Maze Master 'Jinjiana Jones' was brilliant, such a fun, energetic character who totally made our visit, thank you! :o)
We'd highly recommend The Crystal Maze Live and plan to return, as there's so many different games to experience.

An Experience like no other and one you will remember - We went on a Saturday as a group of 4 with the youngest being 16 years and the oldest 50. The rooms and design of the sets are all similar to the tv show and the games are all fun even when you are watching and helping from the window hatches. There is some running which adds to the fun of the experience and the place does seem like a tardis. Our guide who wore the sunglasses was very funny and engaging. He was full of energy and acted like we were his first group, always joking and chatting. He had excellent comic timing and I don't think we would have enjoyed the experience as much if it were not for him. We were put with two other couples but this did not matter as we all got into the spirit and all had chances to play at least 2 rooms each. We all said we would do it again and agreed it was worth the money. I would recommend you give it a go, I doubt you will be disappointed.

Amazing time - the host Crystalina was outstanding - We did the maze this lunchtime with a couple we didn’t know - had the most amazing time - loads of rooms to play and the energy the host put in was off the charts !!! Thoroughly recommend this activity - loved every second

Fab experience, rubbish customer service before and after. - The experience itself was fantastic, very theatrical elaborate, fun, physical and we loved it but the service before and afterwards was poor and unfortunately let it down.
Up on arrival it was extremely unorganised, dis- functional and the staff didn’t seem to know what was going on. It took quite sometime to get to us, just to book us in. We then made our way upstairs and waited to be called.
Both myself and my wife got called forward on our own and was informed that we were doing this just us two, started the experience to then be told we were being joined by another group for three. I would have been extremely annoyed if I was that group as they missed out if three games and have also paid the same amount as everyone else to enjoy the same experience yet due to organisation they missed nearly one complete section.
We did however absolutely love the experiences, games, and creativity to enable us to relive the Crystal Maze!
Afterwards was again what let it down, after completing the experience we queued to look at our photos but the staff were so slow, not forthcoming or bothered about us all waiting or even acknowledgment that we were even there. We were hoping to get a photo booklet package but decided against it due to feeling not seen.
Unfortunate end to a great experience.
