- 72 Cranston Cl - Guests will be greeted at Hounslow West Underground station and escorted to a local Indian shop to learn how to purchase the ingredients needed for the cooking class. Following this, there will be a short, step-free walk to the Cooking With Monisha kitchen, just 5 minutes away, where the class will commence. Participants will be served Masala Chai while the recipes are explained. Together, the group will prepare a complete Indian meal, including Pulao Rice, a curry (either chicken or chickpea), a smoked cumin raita (a dish made with salad vegetables and yogurt), and a vegetable side dish. The class is interactive, encouraging guests to actively participate in the cooking process. At the end, everyone will enjoy the meal they have prepared. Recipe sheets and all necessary ingredients will be provided.

This class includes a visit to a local Indian grocery store to learn how to select the finest exotic ingredients and the opportunity to cook four traditional dishes as a group in our inviting home kitchen. The recipes are simple enough to recreate at home with just a few ingredients and the helpful tips provided during the class. Vegetarians are welcome, and any dietary restrictions should be communicated in advance.
