Fantastic experience - Karl was fantastic with our two young girls. He had the nervous eldest child merrily swinging around on the upper levels with no issues. He also opened up early when we dropped in. Highly recommended.

Great day out! Even in the rain. - Went down on a rainy day - Freddie was a great instructor and looked after me and my 7 year old son really well. We had fun even though the weather wasn’t great - being in Devon it’s good to know we can still do outdoors activities even when it’s raining!!

Excellent party - We had my Daughters 10th Birthday party here and it was great. Everything was managed well and they all enjoyed it. All the team were really helpful. Would definitely go back

Excellent value for money - Brilliant hours entertainment for my 9 year old. Highly recommend. Friendly staff and instructors. Good area to sit and watch.

Fantastic friendly staff ! - We have had a great experience here. The staff are fantastic and very inclusive. We had Karl helping with the high ropes and he was incredibly patient and understanding with our daughter who has down syndrome. He gained her trust and took her as far as she could manage without any issues. He took his time to understand her needs and was a great help. He encouraged her to have a go without being forceful. We will definitely be recommending rock and rapid to families and friends. Thanks guys!
