The ghost tour was a great introduction to Gatlinburg and some of its hidden secrets. The tour guide Paul was great and did an awesome job explaining the history and myths of the town. I am happy I was able to experience this tour!

Very disappointed in this experience. This is the only event in Gatlinburg my wife was excited about. We navigated to a very confusing location only to find there was not a tour or anyone waiting on a tour. Found out from a local resident that the ghost tour doesn't operate year round. So your company collects money year round but doesn't deliver the service. When I try and reach out to the contact number it says the number is not in service. I feel very taken advantage of and would like a refund. However there seems to be no way of contacting the company. I will contact the BBB and chamber of commerce on this. Very upset.

Insane that auto texts are still coming through after our tour was cancelled because the guide didn’t feel it was worth his time to honor our booking. 0 stars, if I could choose that.
My boyfriend and I booked several days in advance and we were so excited for this tour our whole trip. A few hours before we were due to meet, we got a text saying it was cancelled because “not enough people booked.” While I understand it is a small business decision, I believe an honest business should 100% honor the tours sold, barring extenuating circumstances. Ironically, your own cancellation policy requires us to cancel at least 8 hrs before the tour. If we were given the same notice we could have booked other plans for tonight. Really, really bummed to leave this review.
I recommend clear statements on the website booking page that the tour will probably be cancelled with little notice if enough people don’t book, and that “PG” doesn’t call customers after cancelling and make them feel awkward/bad for being disappointed in the tour beng cancelled. “I mean I guess I can come down if this was actually the highlight of your whole trip” is just weird customer service.
